This Dissertation regarded manure collected from intensivismed hennery as object,composted using smashed corn stalk as filling to adjust the ratio of carbon and nitrogen, probinginto the constitution and function of intermediate bacteria and actinomycete in aerobic compostingof chicken manure. The process of compost was gone along in self-regulating fermentalstorehouse system, which controlled whether aerate or not and the mount of it, this assuredcompost prosecuted in aerobiotic condition, we sampling in intermediate tempetature phase in theprocess of compost, regarded the bacteria and actinomycete contained in the sample as object togo along correlated research.The sample of intermediate temperature was used to separate strain by the means of gradsdilution, gained some quantitatively preponderant twenty-eight strains of bacteria and eighteenstrains of actinomycete. Taking this aboriginal microorganism as fountain,aimed at the mostlyorgnism contained in chicken manure, filtered domino offect strains by starch hydrolyzedtest,glutin liquefacient test, grease hydrolyzed test and fibrin decomposed test, and screened outeight domino offect strains which had strong ability in decomposing organism, including fivestrains of bacteria and three strains of actinomycete. The were put up ecological relation test bythe expetimentation of stand facing each other, and they did not exist the phenomenon ofantagonism, which indicated that among each strain existed the connection of metabiosis. Thedomino offect strains separated and screened out having the connecting of metabiosis inoculatedand regressed to originality compost,in the same condition contrastive team composted in thesame time, validated the effect by mensurating physical index, chemical index and biologicalindex, the result revealed that the screened out domino offect strains had notable effect in dealingwith chicken manure by compost in the innocuous and resourceful process.The domino offect strains were identificated according dyeing, physiological andbiochemical experiment, colony character along with micrology character, the genus of fivedomino offect strains of bacteria each belongs to Bacillus, Seudomonas, Proteus, Staphylococcusand Klebsiella; three domino offect strains of actinomycete each belongs to Spirillospora,Streptomyces and Dactylosporangium.Among them Seudomonas, Klebsiella, Bacillus,Streptomyces and Dactylosporangium had compare strong ability in decomposing strachpolysaccharid organism; Bacillus, Seudomonas, Proteus, Staphylococcus, Spirillospora,Streptomyces and Dactylosporangium had compare strong ability in decomposing proteinorganism; Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Spirillospora and Dactylosporangium hadcompare strong ability in decomposing fattiness organism.
