The main research of this experiment is quality and effective cultivation technology of Agaricus Blazei, and in this subject further study the biological characteristics, make up of the cultivation materials, technology cultivation, the law of utilization nutritional components and the changes of extracellular enzyme's activity by the numbers, Thus, to provide the basis for cultivation and popularization in JiLin province. The results showed as follows:(1)The experiment proves Agaricus Blazei mycelia could use cane sugar, glucose and maltose as C source, the best of C source is the cane sugar and the optimal concentration is 7%. The mycelia could use (NH4)2SO4, NH4NO3 and peptone as N source, the best N source is (NH4)2SO4 and the optimal concentration is 0.3%.(2)The mycelia grows in the temperature of 10~33℃, acidity of pH 3.5~8.0, while optimum conditions are 22~28℃, pH 6.5~7.5. The growth phase of mycelia doesn't need light.(3)The Agaricus Blazei mycelia growth thick and denseness, irregular edge, well situated of aerial hyphae, the fastest speed of per day(0.762 cm/d) and the shortest germinating time on kernel culture medium which filtered between five culture medium.(4)Use the orthogonal test design to filter the main cultivation materials, the result is. the haulm and the corn core is the most important equation between four cultivation materials, they influence the biological efficiency extremely remarkable, the gradation of four equation is:haulm>corn core>bran>dung.(5)The appropriate prescription of cultivation materials is No.3(A1 B3 C3 D3), it make up of corn core 4.5 kg/m2, haulm 5.25 kg/m2,dung 4.65 kg/m2, bran 1.8 kg/m2, SSP0.375 kg/m2, urea 0.15 kg/m2, gypsum 0.075 kg/m2, calcareousness 0.075 kg/m2. Its yield is 6.29 kg/m2, biological efficiency is 40.17%, observably higher than CK(yield is 5.26 kg/m2, biological efficiency is 35.07%).(6)The experiment study on the quality of Agaricus Blazei, the result is: different cultivation materials has different amylase rate. The amylase rate of No.3 cultivation obviously higher than CK.(7)Research the technology cultivation ofAgaricus Blazei, the result is: biological efficiency of the thickness of cultivation materials is obviously higher than seeding rate. The best technology cultivation is: use two-tiered seeding, the seeding rate is 6%, the thickness of cultivation is 17.5 cm, the form of soil covered is ridge covering.(8) The respiration cost mostly organic substance that degradation by the Agaricus Blazei The absolute biological efficiency is very low, and it influenced by the different cultivation materials.. The absolute biological efficiency of No.3 cultivation materials is higher than the haulm cultivation materials. The rate of degradation of lignine is faster than cellulose and hemicellulose. It is availing for the degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose Therefore, the degradation give priority to lignine in period of mycelia. But after come into being the first primordium formation, the rate of cellulose and hemicellulose degradation become fast, and the rate of lignine degradation fall down. Compare with haulm cultivation materials, No.3 cultivation materials have a higher availability rate of lignocellulose.(9)The confirmation of the experiment is: Agaricus Blazei have a intact extracellular enzyme system. Cultivation materials can but influence the magnitude of extracellular enzyme activity, but they have the same change law. The extracellular enzyme activity rate of No.3 is higher than haulm cultivation materials.
