This paper appraised and analysized the productive properties of five kinds of Agaricus blazei by its cultivated property,biological efficiency and nutritional components of fruitbodies,studied the growth vigour,the growth rate,property of distribution of Agaricus blazei mycelia in five mother culture media,and studied the technics of cultivation using Fussy analysis method of orthogonal experimental design on wheat straw compost in ShanXi.On the basis of high-yield technology,the paper discussed the law of utilization of nutritional components and the chang of extracellular enzyme,s activity during its growth on wheat straw.The results showed as follows: (1)In the five kinds of Agaricus blazei cultivation,the properties of cultivation and biological efficiency of S5 are higher than those of S1,S2,S3 and S4.The differences of nutrional components of the five kinds of Agaricus blazei are not significant,but the nutritional components of S5 are a little higher than those of S1,S2 and S3 and nearly the same as those of S4. (2)Selected a optimum mother culture media through studied the growth vigour,the growth rate,property of distribution of Agaricus blazei mycelium. The optimum medium was bran 100g,potato 200g,glucose 20g,MgSO4 0.5g,KH2PO4 1.5g,agar 20g and water1000ml. (3)The different cultivation medium treatment,spawning method and the material of casing soil affected directly the yield of Agaricus blazei. The thickness of casing soil of three factors had the greatest effect on the biological efficiency,next the cultivation medium treatment , once more the spawning method.The results indicated that the optimum combinations of three factors was the combination of adoption 0.5%EM formnentation,surface-spawning,and casing three point five or three centimeters. (4)The degradation rate of lignin at the stage of mycelial growth was higher than that of cellulose and hemicellulose,facilitating the degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose of the fungus. Agaricus blazei used not only lignocellulose but nonlignocellulose The activities of enzyme such as cellulase,hemicellulase,amylase,protease,laccase and peroxidase changed correspondly.
