| The genetic variation of the Hybrid BC1F1 between Elymus dahuricus and Hordeum brevisubulatum were studied by means of morphology, biology, cytology and isozyme electrophoresis .The results were as follows:①The morphological characteristics of hybrid F1 between E. dahuricus and H. brevisubulatum tended toward parent E. dahuricus, the morphological characteristics of hybrid BC1F1 tended toward recurrent parent H. brevisubulatum and there were significant differences among backcross 1 (BC1) lines.②The growing and developing period, growing dynamics, yield, tiller ability of the hybrid F1 were in the middle of the parents, the morphological characteristics, growing days and regeneration were strong. The phenological period, yield, regeneration rate and tiller ability of E. dahuricus×H. brevisubulatum F1 were stronger than H. brevisubulatum×E. dahuricus F1. The hybrid F1 was highly infertile.③The growth rhythm of BC1 moved up at elongating stage. The growth dynamics between ( E. dahuricus×H. brevisubulatum )×H. brevisubulatum BC1F1 and (H. brevisubulatum×E. dahuricus )×H. brevisubulatum BC1F1 is basically consisitent, and majority tended toward recurrent parent H.brevisubulatum but slower than it.The fertilities of BC1 were enhanced in different degree, There were significant differences among BC1 lines in the biological and agronomic characters.④The chromosome number of E. dahuricus×H. brevisubulatum F1 and H. brevisubulatum×E. dahuricus F1 was all 35. The BC1 varied in chromosome number ranged from 28 to 33.⑤The zymogram of POD and EST of hybrid F1 were the mutual suplementary isozymes of the parents or had hybrid bands, and there were phenomenon of losing bands. The zymogram of POD and EST of BC1 were affected obviously by recurrent parent H. brevisubulatum. |
