The creep test was took the KWS0143 sugar beets which were planted in Inner Mongolia Agriculture University. The creep test was carried on under different loading force at 4 positions of sugar beets along the vertical and parallel directions of vascular bundles. At the same time, the sugar beets were tested the firmness and sugar content. The whole TianYan 9809 were tested mechanical properties. The following conclusions were draw from the experimental results:(1)The creep model, constitutional equation and relevant creep peculiarity parameters at 4 positions in central part of KWS0143 sugar beet were achieved, which were vertical and parallel vascular bundles with loading 20N, 50N and 100N. Experiment results show that creep curves and creep parameters of the sugar beet were influenced by loading force, positions and vascular bundles.(2)The variational rule of sugar content at four positions of central part from stem to stern was achieved by testing with the firmness of root, and the correlativity of sugar content/firmness/creep peculiarity parameters, firmness/creep peculiarity parameters, and creep peculiarity parameters were obtained as well.(3)The breakdown point of sugar beet was obtained under different loading rate, and average breakdown point was about 5291.077N. Results show that loading rate has an obvious affection on elastic of sugar beet.(4)The curve of force- deformation and relevant expression of sugar beet were achieved, and the stiffness of sugar beet under different loading rate can be get according to the curve and relevant expression.
