The methods of real time fluorescence fix quantify PCR were used in the experiment to research into the expression rules of apoptosis controlling genes (Bcl-2 and Bax) in ovary of Mongolia sheep during development from 60d to 145d. The results indicated:The amount of protein expression of Bcl-2 showed:Bcl-2 expression in ovary of embryos from 60d to 145d showed the trend of decline along with increasing of the days . The amount of protein expression of Bcl-2 was the highest in 60d, took second place in 70d and was the lowest in 145d.Compared 60d and 70d with the other groups,the difference was the most observable (p<0.01) ;Compared 80d with other groups, the difference of amount of protein expression of Bcl-2 was the most observable (p<0.01) , except that 90d was inapparent (p>0.05) ; Bcl-2 expression of different days in embryos was no statistical difference (p>0.05) in 100d,110d,130d and 145d.The amount of protein expression of Bax showed : Bax expression in ovary of embryos from 60d to 145d showed the trend of decline along with increasing of the days . The amount of protein expression of Bcl-2 was the highest in 60d, took second place in 70d and was the lowest in 145d. We found that the Bax expression of 60d in embryos was more significant statistical difference than the other days (p<0.01). Compared 145d with the groups of 70d,80d and 90d, Bax expression was more significant statistical difference (p<0.05). Compared 145d with the groups of 100d,110d and 130d, Bax expression was no significant statistical difference (p>0.05). Compared in the other groups ,the difference was inapparent (p>0.05).The amount of protein expression of Bcl-2/Bax revealed:The range of Bcl-2/Bax in ovary of embryos fluctuated acutely.90d later ,with the days increased,the change was unconspicuous. Bcl-2/Bax was the highest in 70d, took second place in 80d and was the lowest in 110d.Compared 60d and 80d with the other groups,the difference in the groups was the most observable (p<0.01),except for 60d and 80d;Compared 70d with the other groups,Bcl-2/Bax was the most observable (p<0.01). Bcl-2/Bax was no statistical difference (p>0.05)in 100d,110d,130d and 145d;For all the detections from 60d to 145d, the expression rules of Bcl-2 protein and mRNA were accordant. During the development of Mongolia sheep embryos, Bcl-2 and Bax genes took part in the regulating process together.
