| With the development of our country's economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved,the consumption ability of residents has been upgraded in meat products,the types of goods purchased have been diversified,especially the demand for livestock products,and there have been new changes.Began to pay more attention to the quality of the product,Therefore,it is a developing trend of modern animal husbandry to strengthen livestock raising management,improve breeding technology and standardize the production of animal products.The technology of meat sheep breeding should also be improved in line with the progress of the times.The welfare breeding standard of meat sheep can make the production activities of breeding enterprises standardized systematized and standardized to ensure the safety of meat quality.Chinese mutton production is the first in the world as a meat sheep production region in China,the study on welfare breeding technology of meat sheep in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region can provide a Chinese model for the welfare breeding of meat sheep in the world.Through consulting relevant materials and drawing on the previous research experience,this paper goes deep into the field investigation and investigation of aquaculture enterprises.An expert forum was organized to formulate the Inner Mongolia Local Standard "Technical Standards for Welfare breeding of Meat Sheep." on this basis.The actual production situation of the meat sheep breeding industry in Inner Mongolia was analyzed.It can be seen that the welfare of meat sheep is basically satisfied,but in personnel and manure treatment,there are still some problems in transportation,mainly reflected in the lack of welfare and breeding quality of the staff and the irregularity of the breeding process.In the transport process of displacement,fan and excrement cannot be cleaned in time,fear of sheep and other behavior.Technical specification through the barn feeding mutton sheep welfare breeding research,study and formulate the mutton sheep welfare specification evaluation and welfare level assessment to evaluate in Inner Mongolia mutton sheep enterprises,and proposes the corresponding solution measures.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:1.Through a large number of literature reviews,combined with production practice and expert discussion,the technical specifications for welfare breeding of mutton sheep in Inner Mongolia have been developed.The Technical Standard is and published by Inner Mongolia Autonomous region Bureau of quality and Technology.The standard is mainly composed of environment,inputs,daily management,lamb,adult sheep,adult sheep and male and female sheep.2.According to the technical standards of sheep welfare breeding,the regional evaluation table and the welfare grade rating scale of meat sheep welfare are developed,and the Inner Mongolia meat sheep enterprises are evaluated.The results show that thewelfare grade of the three meat sheep enterprises in Inner Mongolia locates is better than the middle and lower level,which shows that the welfare of sheep can basically meet the welfare of the sheep.But there are still some problems.For example,in winter,water temperature,waste disposal,personnel welfare and culture quality need to be improved.3.The evaluation value of welfare of three meat sheep enterprises in Inner Mongolia is 81.5 points 84 points and 82.5 points.Among them,the behavior welfare of sheep under grazing mode in eastern Inner Mongolia is superior to that of intensive feeding,and the score accords with five principles of animal welfare.In addition to the different effects brought by environmental factors such as light and ventilation,other meat sheep enterprises also have a common negative impact in their daily management,mainly due to the stress brought about by the capture of sheep,Baoding,and transportation.It is also necessary to inject more animal welfare knowledge and related skills into daily management to reduce the occurrence of stress. |
