Research On Humanistic Design Of Large_scale Wheeled Tractor Based On Ergonomics

This paper analyzes the request for the theories of Ergonomics and the idea of humanistic design in the design of large-scale roller tractor and the relations among person, machine and environment of its cab. According to the idea of humanistic design and the theories of Ergonomics, the problems about cab seat design, cab operation space, display unit and operation devices are studied and evaluated.The ergonomically analyzing and research of driver's sitting posture and seats offers scientific criterion for the humanistic design of large-scale roller tractor cab seat provides the scientific criterion for the cab seat humanistic design of large-scale roller tractor. An improved scheme which is more humanistic is presented via the analysis of the operation space size, function and layout of large-scale roller tractor cab. An optimized sound instrument project which can reduce the recognizing fatigue and lessen the misregistration rate, was proposed after analyzing the correlative display unit in the ergonomics way. A reasonable design parameter area is confirmed by analyzing of the manual operation device and pedal operation device in the ergonomics way. And parts of operation devices were optimized. This thesis provides theory references, design references and data references for the humanistic design of domestic large-scale roller tractor based on Ergonomics.
