With the continuous development of China’s agricultural diversification, greenhouse facilities, agriculture has gradually become an important part of the agricultural economy, an important means to promote agricultural development and farmers’income. Greenhouse specific operating environment, the traditional internal combustion engine agriculture there is a body of work tools grace, production facilities, low pollution the greenhouse environment, energy utilization shortcomings, can not meet the job requirements of the greenhouse. The same time, the traditional agricultural working tools in the design process does not focus on the factors of the operator, resulting in the user interface rigid, higher levels of fatigue, danger coefficient and many other issues, ergonomics aims emphasis on human-machine environment factors, to create a more appropriate work tools and operating environment, and create a more harmonious relationship between human-computer interaction, the pursuit of the coordinated development of the man-machine environment, the application of the science of man-machine system design methods will be effective in the traditional work tools solve the factors of disharmony. Therefore, the urgent need for ergonomics in the agricultural working tools.This paper studies the battery power of this clean energy power source of greenhouse electric walking tractor design studies, and focused on the design of new products in the research component of the man-machine system design. On the basis of the man-machine systems and related design methods and design principles, combined with human size standards, give full consideration to the operator’s needs and psychological feelings of job, and the response to these requirements and principles of greenhouse electric walking tractor design. The final use of the display of three-dimensional modeling software to complete the program. The main research work are summarized as follows:1. The study of greenhouse electric mechanical background and necessity of humanized design of tractor are analyzed, and explains the research status at home and abroad, and ultimately determine the this topic research goal and research content, proposes the greenhouse electric design requirements and design direction of walking tractor.2. Puts forward the research thinking of the greenhouse electric tractors, combined with the analysis of man-machine systems, related theory, pay attention to three people, machine, environment factor analysis, and comprehensive considerations on the greenhouse electric tractors man-machine system design should be paid attention to in the research process of comprehensive factors. According to these standards, puts forward the design of greenhouse electric tractors research program and the specific research content: human-computer interaction interface design and the design of man-machine control system.3. The research present situation carries on the analysis according to the market, grasp the market demand for greenhouse electric tractors products, has been clear about the greenhouse electric tractor design direction. Greenhouse electric tractors respectively puts forward the integrated design of the position and the orientation of the man-machine system design, shape design, color, and research design.4. Part of the man-machine system design the greenhouse electric tractors began a detailed narrative, including the basis of the study-the human body measurements, and focused on the analysis from the perspective of man-machine system of greenhouse electric tractors problems should be paid attention to in design of innovation, and adhere to the principles of:new design to match the size of human body, to match the human form, to match the human body mechanics, and, respectively, for example, explains the design principle.5. The greenhouse electric tractors man-machine interactive system design, mainly includes the information display device design, tractor space layout design, as well as the product color design. In the design of information display device, this paper studies the greenhouse electric tractor dashboard design, on the basis of the related design principles, innovative dashboard design scheme is proposed. In product color design study, take the way of questionnaire survey research, using words orientation data analysis method, the recovery of the questionnaire data statistics and analyses, and ultimately draw relevant conclusions.6. According to the proposed design scheme of electric tractors of greenhouse3d modeling, for more intuitive display design, with the help of3d modeling software Pro/Engineer model. In the determination of design scheme of the process, also adopts the questionnaire data statistics and analysis method, selecting the optimal solution from the solution. In the establishment of three-dimensional model, the use of the Manikin module of Pro/Engineer software simulation validation of the man-machine system analysis to design in human-machine systematics research advantages and disadvantages.
