Four cannulated sheep were used to investigate effect of surfactant tween 80 and cellulase onrumen environment, rumen ferment, digeatibility of nutrient in sheep. The trail were designed as a4×4 latin square.diets of trial were basal diet (C),basal diet+0.5%cellulase enzyme (E),basaldiet+0.15%tween-80 (T),basal diet+0.5%cellulase enzyme+0.15%tween-80.(1) Rumen pH at different time interval was unaffected by supplemented Tween-80 andcellulase (P>0.05). Ammonia concentration at different time interval was affected by supplementedTween-80 and cellulase(P<0.05). Compared with basal diet, E can increase ammoniaconcentration,T and E+T can decrease ammonia concentration and have significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with basal diet, other groups can increase acetic acid, can decrease propionicacid and butyric acid and have significant difference (P<0.05). The mean concentration of totalVFA of treated group was higher than that of control group respectively (P<0.05). Result:Suppliedwith tween-80 and cellulase can increase rumen fermentation.(2) Mean of proteolytic enzymatic in rumen at different time interval was:E>T>E+T>C, andhave significant difference (P<0.05);Mean of xylan enzymatic was: compared with other grouopE+T can increase xylan enzymatic and have significant difference (P<0.05), E and T havesignificant difference (P>0.05), But all have significant difference compared with C(P<0.05); Mean of dehydrogenase enzymatic in rumen at different time interval was: comparedwith E and C,T and E+T can increase dehydrogenase enzymatic and have significant difference(P<0.05), Compared with C,E can increase dehydrogenase enzymatic, and have significantdifference (P<0.05). Mean of polysaccharid enzymatic was:compared with E, E+T can inceraseP01ysaccharid enzymatic,and have significant difference (P<0.05), T and C have no significantdifference (P>0.05); Compared with C, all terated group can increase cellulase enzymatic, Eand E+T were higher then all other treated group, and have significant difference(P<0.05). Result:Tween-80 and cellulase can increase enzymes in rumen, and have signficantdiference.(3) All treated group have significant diference on digestibility of DM, NDF, ADF. All treatedgroup have no significant difference on intake and ADF and have significant difference on DMNDF and CP. all treated group can increase ALT and AST. Compared with basal diet, basaldiet+0.15% tween 80 and basal diet+0.5%cellulase+0.15% tween 80 can decrease ALT(P>0.05).Compared with basal diet, bsasal diet+0.5%cellulase can decrease BUN, basaldiet+0.15% tween 80 and basal diet+0.5%cellulase+0.15% tween 80 can increase BUN but have nosignificant difference (P>0.05);all treated group can increase CHOL and can decrease CRE and have significant difference (P<0.05). Result: The effects of tween-80 and cellulase on sheep wassafety and can increase assimilation of diets in a certain extent.
