A trail was conducted to study the effects of a-galactosidase on production performance, nutrient metabolic rate, digestion enzyme activity, seram biochemical parameters immune function, intestinal microflora digestive tract weight and structure in Avian broilers were fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet and corn-soybean-contten-seed meal basal diet. The results as fallows:A total of 240 Avian broilers aged one day were randomly divided into 4 groups,6 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicates. In groupⅠthe broilers were fed corn-soybean meal based diet as control,in groupⅡwere fed corn-soybean-cotton seed meal based diet,in groupⅢwere fed with groupⅠdiet supplemented a-galactosidase,in groupⅣwere fed with groupⅡdiet supplemented a-galactosidasc.Results:Finished weight and ADG of groupⅢwas significantly improved than groupⅠ,and groupⅣwas extremely significantly improved than groupⅡ.F/G of groupⅢwas significantly decreased than groupⅠ,F/G of groupⅣwas extremely significantly decreased than groupⅡ.Energy apparent metabolic rate of groupⅣwas significantly improved than groupⅡ;Apparent metabolic rate of CP and EF groupⅢandⅣwas significantly improved than groupⅠandⅡrespectively, and apparent metabolic rate of EF GroupⅣwas improved than groupⅠ(P<0.01).Apparent metabolic rate of DM,Ca,P was not significant improved.Trypsinase activity of groupⅢandⅣwas significantly improved than groupⅠandⅡrespectively(P<0.05),amylase and lipase of groupⅣwas also significantly increased than groupⅡ.It can be concluded that corn-soybean basal diet and corn-soybean-cotton seed meal basal diet with a-galactosidase supplementation could improve production performance, nutrient metabolic rate and digestibility enzyme activity. At the same time, with supplementation of a-galactosidase in corn- soybean-cotton seed meal basal diet, the relative production performance was exceeded corn-soybean meal basal diet without a-galactosidase.The effects of a-galactosidase in corn-soybean-cotton seed meal basal diet with beyond corn-soybean meal basal diet. One broiler of each replicate was slaughtered on 49 day old to investigate the effect of a-galactosidase on serum biochemical indexes and immune function in broilers.Results:HDL-C of groupⅢandⅣwas extremely significantly increased than groupⅠandⅡrespectively, group Ⅳwas also extremely significantly improved than groupⅠ.LDL-C of groupⅣwas significantly decreased than groupⅡ.TG and TC of groupⅢandⅣwas decreased than groupⅠandⅡrespectively.Total protein, globulin content in serum also was increased(P<0.05).IgG and HI was not significantly changed.Thymus index of groupⅢandⅣwas extremely significantly increased than groupⅠandⅡrespectively, groupⅣwas also extremely significantly increased than groupⅠ.Bursa index of groupⅣwas increased than groupⅡ(P<0.05).It can be concluded that corn-soybean meal basal diet and corn-soybean-cotton seed meal basal diet with a-galactosidase supplementation could reduce cholesterol content in serum, and immune function also were improved.49d,One broiler of each replicate was slaughtered to study the effects of a-galactosidase on intestinal microflora, digestive tract weight and mucosa morphology. Results:In ileal, total anaerobe of groupⅢandⅣwas significantly increased than groupⅠandⅡrespectively. In caecum, total anaerobe of groupⅣwas increased than groupⅡ(P<0.05),lactobacillus of groupⅢwas extremely significantly increased than groupⅠ.Digestive tract weight was improved insignificantly.Duodenum villus height of groupⅢandⅣwas extremely significantly improved than groupⅠandⅡrespectively(P<0.01).It can be concluded that corn-soybean basal diet and corn-soybean-cotton seed meal basal diet with a-galactosidase supplementation could improve beneficial microorganism, duodenum mucosa morphology also were improved.
