| Gushi-Anak F2 generation hybrid chickens were selected randomly and slaughter at 12 weeks of age.The body weight,carcass weight,abdominal fat weight,intermuscle fat width,subcutaneous fat depth,17 serum biochemical indexes,and the glutamic oxalacetic transaminase isozymes of each chicken were determined.The inheritance trend and the correlation between blood biochemical indexs and body fat traits,the glutamic oxalacetie transaminase isozymes,the correlation between isozymes and the content of GOT in serum were analyzed.The results were as follows:The inheritance trend of blood biochemical indexs and body fat traits:This generation hybrid chickens included 852 segregation progenies derived from seven families.We got the(?)and C.V.C.V of every index is high in the generation hybrid chickens.The highest C.V(TP)is 390.82%,and the lowest C.V(LDH)is 19.02%.Only the value of CHE is sigificantly different between positive Crossing and negative Crossing generation hybrid population.The indexs,such as CREA,CHO,HDL,AMY, SFD in negative Crossing are higher than the indexs in positive Crossing.Other indexs in negative Crossing are lower,than the indexs in positive Crossing.The values of GOT,GGT,CHE,GLU,CHO,TG,HDL,LDL,LDH,AFR,IFW,SFD are significantly different between cocks and hens Gushi-Anak F2 generation hybrid population.The correlation between blood biochemical indexs and body fat traits:GOT, GGT got the remarkable negative correlation with AFR(P<0.05),the remarkable negative correlation with IFW,the remarkable negative correlation with SFD;AKP got the remarkable positive correlation with SFD;CHE got the remarkable negative correlation with AFR,SFD;GOT,GLU got the remarkable negative correlation with IFW;TG got the remarkable positive correlation with SFD;CHE got the remarkable negative correlation with AFR,IFW;CHO,HDL,LDL got the remarkable negative correlation with IFW,SFD.Studies on the glutamic oxalacetic transaminase isozymes:The two isozymic forms(souluble GOT,mitochondrial GOT)of GOT are clearly delineated in polyacryamide gel electrophoresis.We got the relative content of each band by the optical density of band.The activity of m-GOT was 30.6%of the activity of GOT;the activity of s-GOT was 69.4%of the activity of GOT.m-GOT was divided into 2 bands in everyone of F2 segregation progenies;s-GOT was divided Into 2-3 bands.s-GOT had polymorphism.The mobility of each band is 0.34±0.097,0.36±0.082,0.50±0.086,0.55±0.080,0.60±0.088.The individual of the generation hybrid was designated as AA,AB,BB three genotypcs by the polymorphism of s-GOT.The content of GOT in serum of AA gcnotype is highest.The content of GOT in serum of BB genotype is lowest. |
