Study On Optimal Equipment Of Transplant Paddy Rice And Combine Mechanization System Of HanShou In Hunan Province

Our county is making strenuous efforts to develop the technology of planting paddy rice by transplanters, and HanShou County of hunan province is regarded as one of the representative areas, which raise frugally normalized paddy rice and plant paddy rice by transplanters. Under this condition ,the article studied the raising and transplanting paddy rice system in the area in order to benefit the development of technology of transplanting paddy rice by transplantersAt first ,it found out the better method of raising paddy rice that matches to transplanters, which seeded by seeders with hard discs for the first time. Secondly, on the basis of the transplanters' performances, it sorted out types of the transplanters that fit the speciality of the soil in HanShou by fussy scoring from many aspects, such as capability and price, working efficiency, adaptability, economy, reliability of technology, which is the base of the optimal equipment that including the seeders and the transplanters. And then it find the equation of timeliness lost ratio by the spss according to the data of experiment, and set up equation of timeliness lost yield. Further more, making the sum of the cost of production including the fixed cost per year and variable cost minimum ,it set up initially non-linear programming model that object to get the least cost of the raising and transplanting paddy rice production system.After applying to method which it can prove whether some factors are correlated to the ratio of the area of planting the paddy rice by transplanters, on the base of the non-linear programming optimal equipment model ,analyzed the example with the optimal equipment model and obtained a more superior result than that planned.Based on experiments ,the results are reliable, thus the article has provided the valuable reference for the HanShou County paddy rice production mechanization development.
