The technology of planting paddy rice by transplanters is developed in our county, and Ning Xiang County of hunan province is regarded as one of the representative areas, which raise frugally normalized paddy rice and plant paddy rice by transplanters. Under this condition ,the article studied the raising and transplanting paddy rice system in the area in order to benefit the development of technology of transplanting paddy rice by transplantersContrasting raising paddy rice with hard discs with two-layer of plastic film By experiment and average of data, it drew a conclusion that raising paddy rice with hard discs matches to transplanters better than raising paddy rice with two-layer of plastic film.On the basis of the transplanters' performances, it sorted out types of the transplanters that fit the speciality of the soil in Ning Xiang by fussy scoring from many aspects, such as capability and price, working efficiency, adaptability, economy, reliability of technology, which is the base of the optimal equipment that including the seeders and the transplanters. According to the data of experiment,it found the equation of timeliness lost ratio by the spss: y = 0.002561t~2 - 0.064377t + 0.394313 and set up equation of timeliness lost yield:Further more, making the sum of the cost of production including the fixed cost per year and variable cost minimum ,it set up initially non-linear programming model:the raising and transplanting paddy rice production system.After applying to method which it can prove whether some factors are correlated to the ratio of the area of planting the paddy rice by transplanters, on the base of the non-linear programming optimal equipment model ,analyzed the example with 40% ratio of the area where people plant paddy rice by transplanters and obtained a more superior result than that planned.
