| One hundred and twenty health crossbred weanling pigs(DurocxLandracexLarge Yorshire),at same ages and average initial body weight, and the same amounts of male and female, which were weaned on the days of 21±1 and the were assigned to four five treatments according to completely randomly individual factorial design. Each treatment has four repeats. The control group was fed as usual feed level. The different kinds of oil were added at the ratio of 4%respectively to the trial groups with soybean oil, lard, fish oil and mixed-oil.The results showed that:(1)Average daily gain(ADG),Average daily feed intake(ADFI)were increased with adding oil,but the difference of each treatment was not significant(P>0.05).Feed conversion ratio(FCR)was significantly decreased 6.92%,6.32%,7.55%,8.59% by adding soybean oil, lard, fish oil and mixed-oil respectively(P<0.05).The trial group with fish oil and mixed-oil were highest among of them to improve the growth performance of piglets.Diarrhea rate of the trial groups were lower than control group, Diarrhea rate of the mixed-oil was the lowest. So,adding oil improved the growth performance of piglets on the 0 to 4 weeks after weaned.(2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM)and crude protein(CP)was increased with adding oil,but the different of each treatment was not significant(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude fat(CF)and gross energy(GE) were significantly improved by adding bean oik fish oil and mixed-oil.The apparent digestibility of CF and GE were insignificantly affected by adding lard. The trial group with fish oil was highest among of them to improve the apparent digestibility of the nutrients.(3)Immunoglobulin,alexin and T lymphocyte proliferation rate:There was no significant difference of each indexes among the treatments(P>0.05).The concentration of IgG,IgM,IgA and C3,C4 were increased by adding oil, also the number of total of leucocytes and neutrophil leucocytes increased.(4)One piglet was randomly selected from each repeat to estimate the activity of steapsin and jejunal lipase. The results showed that the activity of lipase had no significant difference among the treatments(P>0.05).It implied that soybean oil had no significant influence on the activity of lipase after weaned four weeks... |
