By adding different concentrations of Total Flavone from Ampelopsis grossedentata in this experiment to study the effects on Piglets growth performance and Piglets serum biochemical indicators and immune function,it intend to provide theoretical basis and data support for the development and utilization of new energy and its application in animal production. 24 healthy piglets were selected and divided into 4 groups for 40 days. Control group, that to say, group one, feed basal diet, treatment groups, that to say, group two、three、four, feed add 0.25%、0.5%、1% AGF among basal diet, respectively. The results showed that:Experiment one: Piglet growth performance, adding different doses of AGF has a certain influence on growth performance of piglet. Compared with the control group, the ADG of piglets have improved significantly by adding 0.25%、0.5%、1% AGF. 0.5% group reached extremely remarkable difference(P<0.01), 0.25% group and 1% group reached significant differences(P<0.05). In the whole experiment period, the group of 0.25% and 1% have a certain improvement on ADFI, however, 0.5% group was reduced. The differences were not significant(P>0.05), The FCR was decreased in the treatment groups Compared with the control group, 0.5% group reached significant differences(P<0.05). The diarrhea incidence of experimental group was lower than the control group, 0.25% group and 0.5% group reached significant differences(P<0.05), the rate of cough and gasp of treatment groups below the control group(P>0.05).Experiment two: Piglets serum biochemical indicators, AGF can significantly improve the content of serum albumin(P<0.01); and reduction in piglets serum urea nitrogen(BUN), the group of 0.5% and 1% extremely significant difference compared with control group(P<0.01); Treatment group can significantly reduce triglyceride levels, the group of 0.25% and 0.5% have significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05); piglets in the serum AST levels compared with the control group significantly reduced(P<0.05); ALP levels were increased, the group of 0.5% extremely significant difference compared with control group(P<0.01). Experiment three: Piglet immune function, add AGF in the diet can significantly improve piglets serum immunoglobulin levels of IgM(P<0.01), significantly increase the content of immunoglobulin IgG, improve piglets serum content of C3 and C4.In conclusion, AGF was added in the diet can improve the growth performance of piglet, the ADG of piglets have improved and the FCR was decreased and improve the feed utilization rate; The diarrhea incidence and the rate of cough and gasp of piglets were decreased in a certain extent,and AGF can improve piglets digestive tract and respiratory tract diseases; AGF can enhance or reduce some of the piglets serum metabolism index and enzyme activity to improve piglets metabolism ability, and to enhance the immunity of the piglets; a certain amount of AGF can be replaced forage antibiotics under certain conditions, and reduce the use of antibiotics in the piglet feed, and ensure food safety. |
