Study On The Arthropod Communities In Waxberry Plantation And The Core Technology Of Management On Waxberry Fruit Fly

IPM is a part of key technological researches on waxberry safety production, based on the investigation of arthropod community and dynamics in the waxberry plantation.So in the "biqi" waxberry plantation at Yuyao,Ningbo and "dongkui" waxberry plantation at Huangyan,Taizhou,both in Zhejiang Province,the Southeast of China,the structures of the arthropod community and dynamics are studied through systematic field investigation,and impacts on the different waxberry breed and its management control to the arthropod diversity are compared.Using the fruit fly(one of the key waxberry pests)as bioassay meterials,the attractant is screened to get the optimal proportion of components,then applicated in the field.The main results are as follows:1 Study on diversity of arthropod community and dynamics in the waxberry plantations.Accroding to our investigation,there are 16 orders,153 families and 359 species in the two waxberry plantations.There are 13 orders,123 families and 256 species in the Yuyao waxberry plantation.There are 15 orders,114 families and 232 species in the Huangyan waxberry plantation.Moreover,we also found other animals,for example,frog,bird,lizard,snail,slug,snake et al..Totally,Homoptera,Hemiptera,Orthopera,Lepidoptera,Coleoptera,Diptera, Hymenoptera and Araneae are primary orders,among which Diptera is the uppermost. However,Drosophilidae is a main family in Diptera,including Drosophila melanogaster,Dr.immigrans,Dr.busckii,Dr.constricta,Amiota sp.et al..Dr. immigrans is the primary species.There are significant differences between the both waxberry plantations.According to the food of arthropod and the influence on production of waxberry, the arthropod communities are divided into pest group,nature enemy group,neutrality group and spider group.During waxberry growing up,the diversity,indexes of every species are higher in Yuyao than in Huangyan;And the numbers of pests are controlled(nature and artifical)under the level of damage in both areas;And groups as nature enemies and spiders make up each other.The species and number of nature enemies are in low in waxberry plantation.Aphis gossypii,Cicadella viridis Linn.,Recilia dorsalis Motschulsky, Empoascini sp.,Aleyrodidae sp.,Stollia guttiger Thunberg,Eurydema dominulus Scopoli,Drosophila immigrans Sturtevant are the main pests coexisting in Yuyao and Huangyan,but Macrotermes barneyi Light only exists in Yuyao;Tenodera sinensis Saussure,Lyctocoris campestris Fabricius,Episyrphus balteatus De Geer,Aphidius sp.,Opius sp.are the main nature enemies that coexisting in Yuyao and Huangyan; Atractomorpha sinensis Bolivar,Chondracris sp.,Leptocorisa chinensis Dallas, Cricotopus sylvestris Fabricius,Chamaemyiidae sp.,Myrmica sp.are the main neutralities that coexisting in Yuyao and Huangyan;Araneus ejusmodi Bosenberg et Strand,Neoscona adianta Walckenaer,Neoscona theisi Walckenaer,Oxyopes sertatus C.L.Koch,Misumenops tricuspidatus Fabricius,Oxytate parellela Simon are the main spiders that coexisting in Yuyao and Huangyan,but Tetragnatha extensa Linne, Tetragnatha squamata Karsch only exist in Huangyan.2 Primary screening of attractant s to Drosophila fly damaging Myrica rubra fruitsThe attractants to Drosophila fly damaging Myrica rubra are screened in wind tunnel,using Drosophila melanogaster as test fly with orthogonal experimental design.The results show that both banana-attractants and sugar-vinegar-attractants have obvious attractive effect to the pest.The banana-attractant(banana:agar solution: honey:vinegar in a ratio of 100:100:30:10)and the sugar-vinegar-attractant(brown sugar:agar solution:alcohol:vinegar in a ratio of 35:100:30:50)make a more attractive effect than other analogous attractants,with death percentages of 77.79 and 94.78,respectively,and the effect of sugar-vinegar-attractant excel to the banana-attractant's.
