13-year-old'Dongkui'and'Biqizhong'as the experimental mater ial,research facilities delay cultivation in the process of waxberry size,fruit weight,color,hardness,sugar,acid,pigment,the effect of quality indexes such as total phenol and endogenous hormones regulation,That high-quality cultivation waxberry provide a theoretical basis The results showed that:1?Waxberry fruit grown by facility cultivated exceed these by outdoor cultivation in appearance characters,such as size and single fruit weight,and the fruit is larger and the single fruit weight is increased.When the fruit ripening stage,the quality of the cultivated waxberry fruit was better,but the quality of the color of the late period was worse.The hardness of waxberry fruit is higher than that of the dew cultivation.The difference in total phenol content was not significant.2?The sugar accumulation of waxberry fruit was mainly sucrose,which accounted for 60%of total sugar,and fructose and glucose were second,which accounted for about 21%and 19%respectively.Arbutus early sugar accumulation slowly,after 60 d rapid accumulation,the highes t levels,the mature stage before 80 d after flowering,planting waxberry fruit sugar content is lower than the open field cultivation,after a rise,delay in the late fall.3?Waxberry fruit of organic acid with citric acid is given prior ity to,accounting for about 90%of the organic acid,malic acid content accounted for about 3.8%of organic acid,it also measured tartaric acid,succinic acid,VC,acetic acid,oxalic acid,fumaric acid.The total organic acid content showed the trend of first ascending and then descending.When mature,the total organic acid content of the cultivated waxberry fruit was lower than that of the dew cultivation,and the late stage further decreased.4?In the process of development,the ABA content of'Dongkui'increased,the late maturity decreased,the IAA and GA3 decreased,but increased after ripening.ABA promoted the accumulation of sugar?especially sucrose?,Chlorophyll conversion,anthocyanin synthesis,acid content decreased;IAA,GA3 inhibited fruit ripening,inhibition of carbohydrate accumulation and anthocyanin synthesis.Therefore,endogenous hormones plays an important role in the formation of the quality of waxberry fruit.5?Comprehensive fruit size,weight,color,hardness,sugar and acid content these quality indicators and delay in facility cultivation waxberry fruit quality is better than open field cultivation,delay later quality decline.Therefore,'Dongkui'in about 90d after picking,'Biqizhong'around 85d after flowering picking is advisable.
