| Propolis is a natural sticky resinous substance collected by honeybees from cracks in the bark of trees and leaf buds enriched with bees' salivary enzymes and wax.As a folk medicine, it had been reported to possess various biological activities such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antiviral, enhancing the immune regulation, anticancer,antioxidant, scavenging free radicals, anti-radiation, promoting tissue regeneration, antilipemic, etal. In recent years, propolis was extensively noticed over worldwide for it's strong health-maintain and adjuvant-therapy functions to human beings. The thesis focused on the extraction and separation of fat-solube compositions of propolis, the analysis of it's chemical compounds and the trial-producing of the new-style propolis capsule, the results were as follows:Organic solvent is adopted to extract the active compositions of propolis. The best conditions for processing organic solvent extraction at a scale were normal temperature and time for 8 hours; proportion of propolis and solvent was 1:8; the extraction rate of the active compositions was 46.8%.The best processing conditions of super critical CO2 for the dewaxed propolis extraction at a pilot scale were operation pressure 30Mpa; operation temperature 60℃; operation time 4 hours; CO2 flow rate 50kg/h ;the extraction rate of the active compositions were about 25%.The total flavanoids in SCF-CO2 extract from propolis and it's ethanol soluble part were determined respectively by HPLC .The organic compounds of SCF-CO2 extract from propolis and it's ethanol insoluble part were identified and quantified by GC/MS,the results showed that there were flavanoids, terpenoids, organic acids and alkyl with a relative content of 14.3%, 9.65%, 19.64% and 32.13% in the former,.The inclusion of the new-style propolis soft capsule was composed by SCF-CO2 extract of redeye, propolis, soybean lecithin , beeswaxs , odd-ester and refined edible oil at a ratio of 10:10:5:5:2.5:62.5 by weight, the soft capsule had a good quality of stability. The new-style propolis soft capsule passed toxicological examination. The report of food function proved that the new production can anti-oxidation. |
