In Longshan of Xiangxi, with the field trials, the optimum projects of application time and concentration of boron were studied.The results showed that different treat had no significance effect on Leaf Width, Leaf Length, Leaf Area, Middle Leaf Length, Height, Internodes Length, but had significance effect on Middle Leaf Width and Leaf Area, Thick Caulis, Harvested Leaves number. Different treat had very significance effect on Harvested Leaves number to the main effect of Spray period, and the Harvested Leaves number differs nearly 1, but had significance effect on its agronomical character. No significance effect on its agronomical character to the main effect of Spray density, and the effect regulation for express is not obvious on the different level of density. But very significance effect on Middle Leaf Length, Leaf Area to the interaction of A×B, had significance effect on Internodes Length, Thick Caulis. In the certain density scopes of 900 g/hm2-1200 g/hm2, it's be advantageous to the growth of flue-cured tobacco when along with the Spray period been postponed and the Density been increased, the interaction of A×B can increased that Internodes Length, Thick Caulis and Leaf Area, 0.04 cm-0.52 cm, 0.12 cm-0.22 cm and 20.93 cm2 -165.34 cm2. But when attained the certain of period and density that disadvantageous in the growth of flue-cured tobacco, and makes better by the A1×B3 combination treat.Different treat had no significance effect on Yield, Production Value, Average Price, Grade Composition. Very significance effect on character economic to the main effect of Spray period, but 0.05 didn't attained. No significance effect on character economic to the main effect of Spray density, but can increased that on Yield, Production Value, Average Price, Grade Composition, and 161.81 kg/hm2 or so, 2187.27yuan/hm2 or so, 0.09yuan/kg - 0.44yuan/kg and 1.82 percentage points. No significance effect on character economic to the interaction of A×B, but be advantageous to a Yield, production value, price and grade composition, and makes better by the A3×B2 combination treat.Different treat had no significance effect on Nicotine, Restored Sugar, Reducing Sugar and Total Sugar of organic composition of flue-cured tobacco normal regulations, and K2O, Cl of inorganic composition, Sugar Alkali Ratio, Shimukezhi, C/N and K2O/Cl of normal regulations quality index, had significance effect on Protein of organic composition and N of inorganic composition. Very significance effect on Nicotine, Protein, N, Shimukezhi, C/N to the main effect of Spray period, but as to its leaf chemical components have no. No significance effect on leaf chemical components to the main effect of Spray density, but the leaf chemical components of each density level variety trend along with the variety of tobacco physiology and bio-chemical function on Boron, the influence regulation is not obvious of Boron. But significance effect on K2O, K2O/Cl to the interaction of A×B, but as to its leaf chemical components have no. As for as the coordination of the leaf chemical components, be advantageous to the quality, and makes better by the A2×B4 and A1×B3 combination treat.Comprehensive analysis demonstrated, the A2×B4 and A1×B3 two combination treat had better effect on improvement of tobacco growth, economic effect and leaf chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in 12 treats, and the Optimum application projects of flue-cured tobacco Boron that Strengtrly Growing Stage sprayed 1500 g/hm2 and Rosette Stage sprayed 1200 g/hm2.
