In this paper, a series of field experiments were conducted to study the effects of boron(B), zinc(Zn) and molybdenum(Mo) fertilizers by field and spraying fertilizer on routine chemical components of flue-cured tobacco, petroleum ether extracts and neutral aroma components. Application of zinc fertilizer could increase reducing sugar content in upper leaves (about3%) and sugar nicotine ratio (about1), decreased the nicotine content (about0.3%). Application of boron fertilizer increased potassium content while remained the lower chlorine content of tobacco leaves. The effects of single application of zinc and single application of Mo on the neutral aroma matter of carotenoids, phenylalanine, browning product and cembratrie ndiol better than those of mixed application of boron, zinc and molybdenum fertilizer. Single application of zinc and single application of Mo could effectively increase the total amount of aroma components of tobacco leaf. However, B, Zn and Mo application could increase the content of petroleum ether extract of tobacco.The results also showed that the plants were grown more strongly in the fertilizer processed fields. The proportion of tobacco leaves grade and tobacco yield were improved by spraying application of zinc fertilizer. Base application of mixture microelement fertilizer made the maximum leaf length and width in maturity stage, and its overall effects better than the control treatment. Base application of boron, zinc, molybdenum mixed fertilizers increased steady-state fluorescence intensity (Fs) by about19%, improved the light energy absorption by leaves, reduce the heat loss of tobacco leaves, benefited to capture of photons in photochemical reactions and increased photosynthetic efficiency.
