This study was conducted to study the effect of different fat sources on fatty liver production performance and extrahepatic deposition of fat of Landes geese after three weeks's overfeeding by the single factor design program, 450 with the same 70 days incubation, similar weight, health Landes geese were randomly divided into three groups, as the control group I, group II and group III of the test group; each group were 150, the group of three repeat.three groups on the basis of overfeeding diets supplemented with 2% of geese oil, soybean oil and corn oil. after pre-feeding period of one week the trial began overfeeding for three weeks. After overfed from each group were randomly selected in the 12 test and slaughter of the blood and liver, breast, fat samples for analysis. measured production liver performance,slaughter performance indicators in the blood glucose (Glu), triglycerides (TG), and other biochemical markers and Leptin, such as hormone GH Ins and indicators of different sources of fat Langdee filled three feeding weeks after the middle of the liver, liver, fat deposition, and so on; at the same time real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect fluorescence LPL mRNA expression in adipose tissue levels of different sources of fat Langdee overfeeding adipose tissue LPL mRNA expression.The results are as follows: (1) After overfeeding , each group of fat livers heavy respectively are 758.43, 815.55, 801.75g,it was 6.7-7.2 times than pre-feeding. It is remarkable (p<0.05) between the test group and the control group , the test group were higher than the average liver weight control group, soybean oil Group, corn oil Group, separately compared to goose oil group heavy 57.12, 43.32g, enhanced 7.53% separately and 5.72%, thus it can be seen the plant oil group fat liver heavy obviously is bigger than the animal oil group, but the test group there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); the feed to fatty liver ratio II Group andâ…¢group is lower than I Group,, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). And I The group is highest, II The group is lowest,â…¢The group is situated between the two. (2) The abdomen fat and abdomen fat rate between Group II and Group I is difference remarkable (P < 0.05), other groups are not remarkable (P>0.05);The sebum experiments each group of differences thick not remarkable (P>0.05). (3) Carcass weight, dressing percentage, the whole eviscerated weight, the whole eviscerated rate performance indicators such as slaughtering each group are are not remarkable (P>0.05). (4) The contents of liver moisture,protein,fat were not significantly difference between the trial and control groups (P>0. 05) , between the trial group also (P>0. 05) . But the content of fat after filled in raises become six times,and the content of protein and moisture is droped 1.5,2times respectively. Each group of liver fat acid content (linoleic acid exception) experiments between the group and the control group the even difference not remarkable (P>0.05). And content of the linoleic acid in bean oil group is highest, and other two groups of differences remarkable (P < 0.05), but goose oil group and corn group difference is not remarkable (P>0.05). (5) The blood biochemical parameters performanced similar tendency filled in raise three week later period. (6) The dentity of thin protein (Leptin), insulin (Ins), pancreas hyperglycemia element (Glu), growth hormone (GH) hormone changes has certain rule after filled in raises one week later and filled in raises three weeks later. (7) Filled in raises three weeks later, LPLmRNA in the abdomen fat's expression quantity goose oil line obviously is higher than the bean oil line and the corn oil line (P<0.05).Conclusion: The liver performance of the plant oil group were better obviously than the animal oil group. The bean oil group fat liver performance was best, and the abdomen fat deposition was least. May consider the soybean oil substitution goose painter's shop for the production goose fat liver's main fat source. The different fat source obviously affected LPLmRNA expression in the abdomen fat, but the bean oil group and the corn oil group reduced LPLmRNA expression obviously in the abdomen fat , and, filled in raised three weeks later, experiments each group of LPLmRNA expression in the abdomen fat throughout all time were higher than in the sebum obviously, displayed the organization specificity.
