Study On The Tame Cultivation Technique Of Mukdenia Rossii (Oliv) Koidz

This study was successful on wild tame technique based on main biology characteristic investigation of Mukdenia rossii(Oliv)Koidz. Mukdenia rossii(Oliv)Koidz belongs to higher photosynthesis potency plant. Because of luminous intensity and the temperature comparatively lower, its photosynthesis velocity not to be absolutely strong although the CO₂ density is higher in the morning. But with the increasing of temperature and the illumination, leaf blade's pure photosynthesis velocity increases progressively to maximum CO₂ from 3.90μmol.m^-2.s^-1 at 6 o'clock to 14.45μmol.m^-2.s^-1 at 11 o'clock; The photosynthesis velocity gradually drops to 8.42 CO₂μmol.m-2 .s-1at 11:00～14 :00,and returns a little high at 14:00-15:00, and appears the second peak(9.55CO₂μmol.m^-2.s^-1)at 15 o'clock. Then photosynthesis velocity is descended with the temperature and strength of illumination weakening. Leaf blade's pure photosynthesis velocity is 3.210CO₂μmol.m^-2.s^-1 at 18 o'clock. The Pn change at 6 :00 11:00 and 15:00 18:00 are as the same as rules of the strength changes of illumination; It indicates it's photosynthesis exist the phenomenon—"the midday rest"for descending of Pn at 11:00～14:00. Mukdenia rossi(iOliv)Koidz grows better in black soil ,granulated substance soil is the next ,the loess is the worst. Suitable density transplant is 20cm×20cm in the field. It is 2822.36kg/mu of Mukdenia rossii(Oliv)Koidz living for 3 years. The content of the effective component and the nutrition ingredient are highest after the leaves fallen. The quality of planting is better than the wilds. It is Influenced remarkably for fertilizer to Mukdenia rossii(Oliv)Koidz's character of Single Adult plant height and flower bud differentiation ,The best pattern is topdressing twice a year, The first period is germinates (the beginning of May). It need to topdress 30-40g fertilizer (mixing of urea and potassium sulfate according to 2-3: 1) adds well-rotted compost pig excrement 2-3Kg per one extension meter .The second pursues leisurely three materials duplicate fertilizers 40-50g in the adult plant growth intermediate stage( the end of July). The seeds of Mukdenia rossii(Oliv)Koidz does not have the dormancy period and the life span is above 2 years, the germinates rate of seedlings emergence may reach 97%. Subterranean stem has the multi-branches characteristics. The germinate rate of seedlings can reach 96.7% through asexual reproducing by cutting subterranean stem into single bud. Experiments show: the more germinates rate and the more height increasing of subterranean stem if seedling is bigger, bud quantity on subterranean stem increase too. Effective component and nutrition ingredient of the planting is better than the wilds, and fallen leaf periods is better than the living periods...
