Study Of Seedling Breeding Technology On Lycoris Albiflor A Koidz Plants And Garden Application

Lycoris has a high economic value.Lycoris in China as a long-standing application of ornamental plants,is quite promising development of garden plant resources.In addition Lycoris plant is also widely used in the pharmaceutical industry,agriculture.In order to solve the problem of large-scale propagation,it is an important way to preserve the germp lasm resources of wild and artificial cultivated in-depth study of artificial breeding and ger mplasm preservation technology of Lycoris.In this project,the technique of bulb cultivatio n,cutting,tissue culture and rapid propagation of Lycoris was studied to improve the effic iency and efficiency of bulb propagation.On this basis,the application of Lycoris in gard en was studied.Research shows:1.Study on Cutting Propagation of Lycoris albiflora Koidz Comes ex Baker.(1)The influence of cutting method,cutting method,double-scale method and non-cutting method on cuttage propagation of Lycoris albiflora Koidz Comes ex Baker for four differe nt cutting methods.It was concluded that the cutting propagation of Lycoris albiflora Koid z was more favorable to the growth of the plant body after cutting with double scales.Th e cutting propagation of Lycoris albiflora Koidz Comes ex Baker by double scales method was more beneficial to the growth of plant.(2)With fine sand: peat soil: vermiculite 1: 1: 1,fine sand: perlite: peat 1: 1: 1,vermicul ite: perlite: humus 1: 1: 1,respectively.The results showed that the optimum cutting medi um for Lycoris albiflora Koidz vermiculite,perlite and humus was 1: 1: 1,and the best c utting medium for Lycoris sprengeri Comes ex Baker vermiculite was perlite: perlite: hum us 1: 1: 1.(3)Effects of nine different growth regulators on cutting propagation of Lycoris albiflora Koidz Comes ex Baker.The results showed that the optimum growth regulator ratio was NAA 0mg·L-1 + IBA 50mg·L-1 for Lycoris albiflora Koidz,2.Lycoris cultivation technology(1)Lycoris is generally resistant to barren,drought,waterlogging,pest and disease less,so the artificial cultivation and management is relatively simple.Lycoris bulb internal accum ulation of certain nutrients,so the lower the demand for matrix nutrition,so the effect of humus in the matrix more general,but because Lycoris bulbs very afraid of water,easy to rot,so the substrate permeability Permeability requirements are higher.(2)Fertilization had little effect on the growth of Lycoris albiflora.Lycoris bulb itself con tains a certain amount of nutrients,can provide their own nutrition,low environmental req uirements of the external environment,the reaction of fertilizer insensitive.It is suggested that the number of top dressing should be as low as possible.The high fertilization conce ntration can also inhibit the growth of the plant.The large amount of fertility breaks the nutrient foundation of Lycoris albiflora bulb,resulting in nutrient imbalance and death.Ac cording to the growth habits of plants to fertilize according to need is better,leaf stage of nitrogen fertilizer,growth period elemental compound fertilizer,the late growth of phosph orus and potassium.In general,Lycoris albiflora is a less nutritious plant,can be less fert ilizer or no fertilizer.(3)The effect of shading on the growth of Lycoris albiflora was not significant,but it ha d a significant effect on the quality and reproductive growth of Lycoris albiflora.Therefor e,Lycoris albiflora should not shade or shade weakly in green plant,and 50% Treatment,the number of flowers,stems long,can get a better quality of cut flowers.3.Study on the rapid propagation technique of clump buds of Lycoris radiata(1)Select different parts of Lycoris albiflora rapid propagation technology research.In the scale with the base plate,the different parts of the scale bulb induction rate is also diffe rent to the middle part of the induction rate and the highest seedling rate,budding rate of rapid budding.(2)Different hormone types,different hormone concentrations on the culture from the diff erent effects.In the induction phase,the adventitious buds were stimulated by NAA.In th e stage of small bulb proliferation,2,4-D could stimulate the cell division of adventitious buds more rapidly and proliferate rapidly.4.Study on Garden Application of Lycoris radiataIn the traditional landscape design,with evergreen shrubs as background,optimum density,surface and the use of plants to be exposed.After occlusion of deciduous landscape layo ut techniques of flower border design reference Prince Bay Park tulip.And with the indoo r foliage plants collocation applied to potted plants.The red spider lily as a kind of envir onmental protection plants grown in waste the land,to landscape planning,beautify the en vironment.
