Shule River Basin,an important part of the Hexi Corridor,located in the area.However,due to the economic and social development of Shule River Basin of water resources demand rapid growth,resulting in downstream ecological water demand dropped,decline of groundwater level and the crescent Moon Spring almost dried up,the Kumtag Desert invasion to the East,the Mogao Grottoes by wind and sand encroachment,Dunhuang oasis ecological security subjected to extremely serious threat,the Hexi Corridor and the five northwestern provinces of natural ecological environment security has a direct or indirect influence.The key to solving the ecological problems in Shule River Basin lies in water saving,while the key to water saving is agriculture.Shule River irrigation area crop planting has the characteristics of large area and high mechanization degree,and it is a typical representative of large-scale intensive agriculture in Gansu province.In Shule River Basin,water resources consumpted mainly in agricultural,accounting for the total more than 88% of the water,and reached the highest peak of 98% in 2003.This is because of the traditional way of local irrigation is flooding,popularization and application of the technique of high efficiency water-saving rate is low(2012 the current status of the whole basin water saving irrigation rate only 32.41%),resulting in waste of water resources serious adverse consequences.The Shule River Basin,the lack of new crop water-saving irrigation system,especially for large scale intensive and efficient agricultural water-saving irrigation mode and planting structure models,no intensive agricultural irrigation water management models,such as science cannot effectively solve such problems,with the deepening of the basin development,the shortage of water resources will further exacerbate the situation,watershed ecological risk will gradually increase,the fundamental reason is that the basin lack scale intensive and efficient agriculture process control system.This paper combined with the "Dunhuang plan" put forward the development ideas,analyzes the practical problems in the comprehensive management of the Shule River Basin,the basin scale intensive agricultural planting status and problems,from the intensive agricultural water-saving irrigation mode,water requirement and irrigation water consumption mechanism,agricultural tillage measures to carry out the research.Through the evaluation of watershed water saving irrigation technology adaptability,established the adaptability of water-saving irrigation technology of onion evaluation as the target layer,the "policy","adaptability to external conditions" adaptation,"technology" adaptability,"economic" adaptation,"resources" and "social adaptability" adaptability,adaptability,"farmers" environment "" the adaptability evaluation index system as the criterion layer,index layer to benefit cost ratio,payback period,economic net present value,recovery Comprehensive evaluation using variation coefficient method,principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process,evaluation of the basin is representative of the high water consumption crops adaptability of water-saving technology of onion irrigation,furrow irrigation,pipe irrigation,drip irrigation,drip irrigation,irrigation etc.;through the research and production effect of water and soil moisture variation in crop drip irrigation under dynamic changes,consumption of the main economic crops in pipe irrigation and film mulching onion,put forward suitable watershed characteristics and corresponding water consumption and the growth period of irrigation,water-saving irrigation system;onion planting scale intensive agricultural factors,supporting crop species selection,planting techniques and other agronomic measures using the model,fertilization technology,spraying technology,combined with irrigation technology adaptability,study and formulate the water-saving irrigation system and water conservancy factors,put forward scientific and reasonable,The scale and efficiency of irrigation process control technology system suitable for the development of river basin.This paper combined with "Dunhuang plan," proposed the development of ideas,Shule River Basin comprehensive management of the research results,to provide the technical support and a model for the local scale intensive agriculture planting,promote agricultural and health development in the basin and on security in Shule River Basin as the representative of the Hexi Corridor,and northwest area ecological security of the whole has a crucial role.
