The thesis mainly researches into the influence of different hormones to the proliferation of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey;the influence of the proportion of C,N,Exogenous hormone,illumination time,the part which to choose and arginine to the blossom of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey in the vitro;the influence of Exogenous hormone,substrate,sugar concentration to the rootage of C.frutescens var. cerasiforme Bailey;and the influence of different substrates to the transplanting of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey.The conclusion getted is as following:1.As for the proliferation of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey,the effect to use 6-BA is better than to use KT.If just to use IBA alone,the biggest higher multiples of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey can reach to 2.43,the proliferation multiples of the bud can reach to 2.69. IBA and NAA can keep dowm the proliferation multiples of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey.If IBA or NAA is added to the substrate with 6-BA,the higher multiples of C.frutescens var. cerasiforme Bailey and the proliferation of the bud of the bud would be smaller than to use 6-BA only.2.Different kinds of hormones have different influence to the effloresce of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey in the vitro.Only ues 6-BA,KT,ABA,PP333the rate of bud formation is:11.30%,15.36%,33.30%,65.45%.The inducement effect to use one hormones only is not good,if C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey is to cultivated in the vitro with PP333or ABA for thirty days,then transfer it to the vitro with 6-BA or KT,the rate of bud formation will be raised greatly. If it's cultivated in the substrate with PP333of 0.3mg/L for thirty days,then transfer it to the substrate which has KT of 1.0mg/L,the rate of bud formation can reach up to 93.33%at most.If just to use arginine alone,the influence to the bloom of C.frutescens var. cerasiforme Bailey in the vitro isn't obvious.But if some arginine is added to the substrate,the quantity of bud will increase,and there will be more bud to blossom out.The part which to choose also has a great influence to the rate of bud formation of the bud of C.frutescens var. cerasiforme Bailey.The research indicated that the rate of bud formation will be higher to use the stem without the top part.The time of illumination has inapparent influence to the form of the bud.3.Different hormones have different influence to the rootage of C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey sprout.The influence to the rootage is IBA>NAA>SUBSTRATE>Sugar concentration.The best substrate for the rootage is MS+IBA mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+ sucrose 30g/L.The rootage rate is 100%,the average quantity of root is 10.35,and the average length of the root is 3.41cm.4.Different substrate has different influence to survival rate of the C.frutescens var.cerasiforme Bailey sprout in the case of transplanting. When to choose the Pastoral soil as the substrate,the survival rate can reach up to 98.24%,the sprouts grow well and there would be the formulation of buds.
