The Study On Genetic Diversity Of Germplasm Resources In Xinjiang Spring Wheat

For the sake of having a complete recognization on heredity foundation of germplasm resources in Xinjiang Spring wheat and providing scientific reference for parents choice of species improvement in the Spring wheat. This paper studied the genetic diversity of 82 kinds of spring wheat species came from different region by SSR molecular marker technique and analysised comprehensively agronomic trait and quality trait of the wheat, the main results were as follows:1,The analysis result to Shannon-wiener (Hi),Variation coefficient (CV%) and Pole value indicated that there was extensive heredity differences between gronomic trait and quality trait of the species, but compared with the produce district in Shandong province,Shanxi, the inherit foundation was still narrow.2,The analysis result to the diversity of SSR primers indicated, the average alleles number in provided primer was 10.93, the variation scope of primers' Shannon-wiener (Hi) and PIC value respectively was in 2.9958～0.2512 and 0.95086～0.676534.3,The experiment selected mainly 4 serieses SSR primers Xgwm,DP,Wmc and Xbarc came from wheat genetic group, the analysis showed: the variety trend of the average alleles number,the average PIC value and the average Shannon-wiener was consistent substantially, that was series of Wmc> series of Xgwm> series of DP> series of Xbarc. So we can draw the conclusion as the follows, there was obvious differences in alleles number,the PIC value and the Shannon-wiener(Hi) of different series primer, and it was important to select profit primer series for genetic diversity research.4,The provided varieties can be divided into 7 types and 19 subtypes by SSR maker cluster analysis, they can be divided into 6 types and 8 subtypes by agronomic trait cluster analysis and 5 types by quality trait cluster analysis (the typeⅡincludes 3 subtypes) .5,The analysis to identity rate of cluster and comparison results in gronomic trait,quality trait and SSR marker indicated, there was certain relationship in three cluster methods, but it was not obvious.
