Wormcast is the life metabolites of earthworms in the nature, which has the advantages of efficient bio-organic fertilizer. Its application will have an important effects for the soil in the ecological environment, rhizosphere nutrition, plant growth and development. The experiments will mainly take earthworm and wormcast in the use of potted fruit trees, fruit trees fertilizer management, in order to research rhizosphere nutrition, soil nutrients, growth and development of fruit trees; In addition, it takes PP333 into the fruit trees through the pruning root absorption, to preliminary research the effect on the fruit metabolism control, and discuss the feasibility of its approach. The results of this pilot study mainly include the following aspects:1,The fruit trees root by cut off can grow new roots in the soil and organic fertilize substrate environment conditions. This experiment has shown that the application of wormcast can obviously promote the new roots growing, which is more than 4—5 times that the soil control in new root weight. In a certain root diameter range, it has the positive correlation between the root fresh weight and pruning root diameter, which is inflected by the substrate of water, gas, heat and other physical and chemical conditions and so on.2,It promotes citrus fruit growing new roots used wormcast as cultivationsubstrate. The new roots closely adsorb wormcast, and the rhizosphere effectis obvious. The organic matter content of rhizosphere wormcast is less thannon rhizosphere wormcast, but humic acid content of rhizosphere wormcast ishigher.3,The earthworm and wormcast have significant role in improving soilstructure and fertility in cow dung and wormcast treatments. The extent andrate of the increased available nutrient content in soil by wormcast treatmentis higher than cow dung.4,The way making PP333 into trees by pruning root has some impacts in therestraining litchi-shoot grown, promoting flowers, and fruit setting, but also toprevent PP333 bringing the adverse impact on the soil.
