Effect Of Organic Fertilizer On Soil Fertility And Fruit Quality Of Apple Orchard

In order to improve the properties of orchard soil and the quality of apple, the experiment was carried out in nine different fertilizer treatments, study the wormcast organic fertilizer and humic acid organic fertilizer combined application effects on apple orchard soil and fruit quality, and get the better ratio of organic fertilizer. The main results were as follows:1. Field was applied to biological fertilizer can effectively improve the activity of invertase and urease in soil. The effect of Q2F1 treatment is better between different treatments. In different soil layers, the highest content of invertase and urease were all in 20~40 cm soil layer, In different layers, respectively 5.669 mg?g-1 and 1.726 mg?g-1.2. Different fertilization treatments can increase soil water content, reduce soil bulk density, and promote the absorption of nutrients to the root of fruit trees.3. Different treatments could effectively improve soil nutrient content. The effect of using mixed fertilizer is better than that of using earthworm manure only, In the 0~20 cm layer, treatment Q2F1 has the best effect: soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium increased by 79.2%, 33.77%, 87.13% and 37.29% respectively. It is proved that the combined application of earthworm manure organic fertilizer and humic acid organic fertilizer can promote the release and accumulation of soil nutrients, it also can promote the absorption of nutrients by plants.4. Different biological organic fertilizer could improve the internal and external quality of apple. By the treatment of Q2F1, the fruit shape index and fruit weight increased significantly. Moreover, different treatments had different effects on the content of soluble polysaccharide in fruit.In summary, the mixed use of earthworm manure and humic acid can effectively improve soil nutrient content, increase soil enzyme activity, improve fruit quality. From the whole effect, the effect of the treatment of earthworm manure 2 kg/tree + humic acid 1kg/ tree was better than other treatments.
