The Recipes Study On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Complex Prescription Promoting The Chick's Immunity And Antioxidative Function

Twenty-six kinds of traditional Chinese medicines that could promote animal immunity in veterinary clinics were screened out. On the basis of the traditional theory of homeland pharmacology,five compound recipes were composed according to the rational compatibility of medicines and the relation of medicine and animal and fed to Hailan chicks. The experiments, including RBC-C₃bR, RBC-IC were done and the number of cells in surrounding blood was detected. According to the difference of Hailan chick's above targets in different compound recipes, the best compound recipe that promoted chick's immunization function was screened out. The compound recipe was analyzed. According to the principle of incompatibility, the compound recipe was hand^picked and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe that was effective was screened out. The compound recipe was made up of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Radix Astragali and Radix Codonopsis. The compound recipe was fed to Hailan chicks. NO, MDA, XOD, active oxygen, T-AOC and GSH-Px in serum and tissues; hematology target; the function of liver and kidney were detected. The result showed:1. Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe could promote chick's red blood cell membrane activity, cut down the disoperation of exogenous cause to C3bR and direct damnification of lipid overoxidation to red blood cell, increase C3bR conglutination function and enhance red blood cell immunization function.2. Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe promoted chick's serum number of white blood cells and T cells significantly. These showed Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe could promote chick's cytoimmunity notably.3. Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe cut down the content of oxygen^derived free radicals in chicks; the content of MDA in chick's serum, spleen and thymus; active oxygen in chick's serum, spleen and thymus; XOD in chick's serum and spleen. These showed Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe could promote chick's non-enzyme system antioxidative function.4. Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe promoted the content of GSH-Px in serum and T-AOC in chick's serum and thymus significantly and the content of GSH-Px in spleen, bursa of Fabricius and thymus was also promoted. These showed Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe could promote chick's function of removing H₂O₂ and ROOH, strengthen and promote antioxidative function.5. Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe decreased the density of urea nitrogen and creatinine in chick's serum, elevated ALP and the number white blood cell and red blood cell, increased the content of hemoglobin and pressing accumulation of red blood cell notably. These showed Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Compound Recipe could advance the synthesis and metabolism of protein and fat and the physiology function of liver and kidney.
