Stockbreeding develops sharply in the province of heilongjiang,especially the number of herbivores for example sheep and cattles ,but there is a lack of high quality grazing. Peaple yield a large numble of straw in the province, coarse fodder is made from straw mainly.But straw with out treatment is not digested and utilized sufficienty because that there is lignin in straw.Many observers find that white rot fungi can decompose structure of straw.This study used innocuous white rot fungi–pleurotus to treat straw, we investigated effects of temperature and density on improving nutrition of straw treated by pheurotus through observing the change of the content of lignocellulose,enzyme and digestion,to offer theory and parameter. Trial 1. Pleurotus was cultivated in straw at different temperature: 16℃,20℃and24℃for 29 days,we found that the content of all lignocellulose (cellulose, hemicellulose,lignin)droped, DMD and NDFD rised ,the activity of enzyme change regularly.But the items change at different extents. When at 16℃,the rate of degradality of lignocellulose was slower than other two groups, the activity of Lac and Lip was lower and the time to reatch to the highest activity was longer. the rate of rising of DMD and NDFD was slower ,too. When pleurotus was cultivated at 20℃or 24℃,the two groups appeard similar(P>0.05),the rate of rise of DMD and NDFD were speedy and the DMD and NDFD did not rise any more after 20 days , the activity of Lac and Lip was higher and the time to reatch to the highest activity was shorter compared to the first group.Analyse all the results mentionde in the study,when straw is treat by pleurotus at 16℃,it shoud be treated for 29 days, when straw is treat by pleurotus at 20℃or 24℃, it shoud be treated for 20 days.Trial 2. Pleurotus was cultivated in straw at different density:100kg/m3,130 kg/m3 and 160 kg/m3 for 29 days,we found that the effects of treat appeared similar between different groups(P>0.05). We found that he content of all lignocellulose descent, the content of hemicellulose and lignin did not drop any more after 20~23 days ,and the content of cellulose droped sharply for 29 days ,the activity of enzyme change regularly,the activity of Lac and Lip rised at the early phase,when the highest activity happened,the activityn droped sharply,the activity of cel rise mainly at the whole process.Trial 3. Pleurotus was cultivated in straw at different density:100kg/m3,130 kg/m3 and 160 kg/m3 for 20 days,straw was disinfected by ferment with polypropylene bag,we found that the content of lignocellulose were degraded compared to the control(P<0.05),the DMD and NDFD ascend compared to the control(P<0.05). The effects of the group of 160 kg/m3 was the best compared other two groups ,and the density was easy to oprate ,the DMD was enhanced to 52.22% from 47.66%(P<0.05),NDFD was enhanced to 43.07% from 38.49%(P<0.05).The method with polypropylene bag is feasible to enhance the nutrional value of straw.
