Wild Pleurotus Ferulae saprophytic Ferula songorica Pall roots, took Pleurotus Ferulae5.0074as thestrain,Ferula songorica powder were added0,1%,5%,9%and13%in the medium. Research the effect ofdifferent addition of Ferula on the law of ecoenzyme activity and Lignocellulose decomposition in thegrowth and development period in different substrates,at the same time, there was studied amino acidcomposition, fatty acid composition of fruit body that cultured with different addition of Ferula To exploreon the Ferula Songorica on the Physiological Character of nutrient of Pleurotus Ferulae. The main studyresults are as follows:(1)There was significant difference in the activities of Cellulose、Hemicellulase and neutral proteasebetween the five groups at different physiological periods. Laccase and amylase has extremely significantdifference at the other stages other with turn tide stage.Enzyme activities of Cellulose,Hemicellulaseneutral protease laccase and amylase that added ferulic groups were higher than control.and when thecontent of Ferula is9%, the activities got the maximium. There were relative size of enzyme activity atdifferent dose of Ferula songorica; however, the change profiles were similar in the whole growthprocess. The activities of Laccase and amylase decreased gradually, while cellulose, hemicellulase andneutral protease activites keep rise with the growth period and reached the maximum in fruiting body ofmaturity.(2) The highest and the lowest of the reduction of dry medium weight and consumption of respirationof five different medium respectively was PF-9and CK group. After the training,CK,PF-1,PF-5,PF-9andPF-13cellulose content was respectively reduced by4.39%,4.39%,4.92%,7.72%and4.92%;Hemicellulosecontent was respectively reduced by1.24%,1.24%,1.59%,1.37%and1.59%;Lignin content wasrespectively reduced by0.04%,0.14%,0.04%,1.03%and0.82%.In the whole growth and development period, Pleurotus Ferulae mainly degraded bastose and used itfor growth, especially after the original base stage and followed other three physiological period.whilenonlignin was principally used by the period of half a bottle and full period. In the whole physiological process, the consumption of cellulose was first, followed by hemicellulose, lignin use least. The consumptionof lignocellulose degradation has obvious physiological stage. The consumption slow relatively in half abottle and the full bottle stageis and obvious accelerate when entering the original base stage and otherthree physiological period. It were positively correlated about the degradation of lignocellulose change ruleand the corresponding enzymes.(3) There was significant difference in the content of protein between the five groups, the highestprotein content is PF-9,compared with CK,the protein of PF-1,PF-5,PF-9,PF-13increased respectively by8.06%,18.29%,43.15%and18.29%.The results of18kinds of amino acid content in Pleurotus ferulae fruitbody showed that the content of each amino acid varied when the content of Ferula changed. The higheramino acid content was PF-9,while the lower was CK. The maximum content of essential amino acids halfessential amino acids non-essential amino acid and the amino acid content is PF-9.CK is lower than theother group. Subsidiary entities amino acid chemical nutrition assessment, methionine and cystine, is thefirst restrictive amino acid for CS and AAS was lowest value.the score of CS and AAS from high to low inturn is: PF-9,PF-1,CK,PF-5,PF-13.The results of fatty acid content in Pleurotus ferulae fruit body showedthat there was significant difference in nutmeg acid, fifteen carbonic acid palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleicacid and linoleic acid content. The highest palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid content were CK,thehighest linoleic acid content was PF-13, the highest linoleic acid content was PF-5.
