Then by observing effect about bacteriostasis of common, clearing heat, detoxication and sterile Chinese herbal medicines extractions, such as: Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cortex Phellodendri, Herba Leonuri, Herba Andrographitis, Flos Lonicereae, Radix Fructus Forsythiae, Scutellariae, Herba Traxaci. And the Colon Bacillus, the Golden Staphylococcus and the Bacillus Subtilis were chosen to do experiment on vitro antibacterial by method of Oxford cup, in order to pick up Chinese herbal medicine compounds which has more effects of bacteriostasis to three kinds of common pathogenic bacteria. By analyzing the result of testing, three groups marked B2,B5,B8 were found that were more better. Then, these three compounds were used to duplicate with Ampicillin Sodium and Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, and done experiment on vitro antibacterial liking before, after analyzing bacteriostasis tentative datas, the prescription marked A2 were found that was the best, so this prescription A2 was chosen to research in dosage-form.Effervescent tablet had been chosen as research preparation, and other supplementary materials were added into prescription A2, then three factors (the proportion of acid, the proportion of alkali, and acid-base whether or not to take additionally), three horizontal orthogonal tests were designed.
