The Study On Preparation And Quality Of The Effervescent Tablets Of Compound Recipe Of Florfenicol And The Research In Pharmacodynamics Of Heal The Infectious Serositis In Duckling

OBJECTIVE: The Infectious serositis in duckling is also called new duck disease or hematosepsis in duckling.this disease can provoke a series of acute or chronicity hematosepsis in ducks which is cause by Riemerella anatipestifer.A high outbreak rate and death rate is a feature of this communicable disease which would make a hazard to the duckling cultivation. We found that Florfenicol and Rifampin have bacteriostatic action of the hydrohymenitis during the bacteriostasis experiment, so we use the dosage form of effervescent tablets to elevate the bioavailability and disaggregation speed for approach the therapeutic effect of the combination of Florfenicol and Rifampin to the Infectious serositis in duckling on the basis of physico-chemical property of Florfenicol and Rifampin. Our destination is to offer a new kind of combination of antibiotic to heal the Infectious serositis in duckling. METHODS: (1) The granulation is to separate the acid particle and base particle. (2) The payho-analog is a series 15d ducks which is artificially infected, as well as we do some pharmacodynamic research through the effervescent tablets of Florfenicol and Rifampin. RESULT: (1)Use the prescription of citric acid for the acid particle,sodium bicarbonate for the base particle, water solubility starch for adhesive,PEG6000 for lubricant to prepare the effervescent tablets, and detect the characteristics,weight variation,stability of acid and base and disintegration time. etc. The result is accord with the quality requirement of the pharmacopeia. (2) The clinical symptom is under control after useing the effervescent tablets of Florfenicol and Rifampin to heal and the outbreak rate and death rate are conspicuously cut down.contrast with the pathological control group,the index of LDH and ALT are conspicuously cut down.
