| The problem of sows suffering from endometritis has been plaguing many large-scale farms,which has brought serious economic losses to the farms.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a safe,efficient,non-drug-resistant and easy-to-operate effervescent tablets for the treatment of sow’s hysteritis.In this paper,chlorine dioxide was synthesized by the action of sodium chlorite and acid activator,and synergist was added to promote the production of chlorine dioxide.Sodium chlorite uterine effervescent tablets were successfully prepared by adding stabilizers,surfactants,mucosal repair agents,effervescent agents,excipients and desiccants.The tablets were evaluated by quality evaluation,stability test,in vitro germicidal test,and skin irritation test.Through a series of single factor tests and orthogonal tests,the optimal prescription of Sodium Chlorite Sow Uterine Effervescent Tablets was:9%sodium chlorite,9%anhydrous citric acid,8%sodium persulfate;4%HEDP;0.5%K12,3%loaded with C12;23.5%liquorice extract;15%anhydrous citric acid,13%baking soda;3%PVP-K30;12%anhydrous magnesium sulfate.The effervescent tablets are light brown in color and smooth in completeness,and the hardness,fragility,weight difference and disintegration time are in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).The foaming volume is more than 6 m L,which meets the requirements of vaginitis effervescent tablets.At the same time,the p H value of the solution is between 4 and 6,which meets the design requirements of uterine effervescent tablets.The methodological study on the detection method of Cl O2 content verifies that the method has good accuracy and precision,strong specificity,the detection results are not affected by the auxiliary materials,and good linearity in the detection concentration range.In order to determine the transportation,storage conditions and expiry date of the effervescent tablets,the stability tests of the effervescent tablets were carried out.The experimental results show that the effervescent tablets can exist in high temperature and strong illumination environment,but not in high humidity environment.Therefore,the product is packaged in aluminium foil bags.Accelerated experiments showed that the tablets packaged in aluminum foil could be placed in the environment of 40℃and 75%relative humidity for 6 months,and the products were still qualified.Long-term experiments showed that after 12 months of storage in a similar environment,the products were stable and the tentative validity period was one year.The effervescent tablets have excellent germicidal properties.The minimum germicidal concentration of disinfectant is 1:1000(chlorine dioxide content is about 12.5mg·L-1),and its action time is 30 minutes.When the concentration of 1:250(chlorine dioxide content is about 50 mg·L-1)was used for 5 minutes,the killing logarithms of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are greater than 5.The effervescent tablets developed in this study were used for complete skin irritation tests,damaged skin irritation tests and multiple complete skin irritation tests on rabbit skin.The results showed that the tablet had no irritation to skin and provided experimental basis for its safe use. |
