The Pharmacodynamics Study Of Qinggong Yao To Endometritis Of The Cow

Endometritis is a common reproductive system diseases of cow,which is one of the main causes of infertility of cow.It seriously affected the productivity of cow,and cause enormous economic losses to the cow rearing industry.Qinggong drug was a compound preparation of the pure traditional Chinese medicine,which was used for clinical treatment and prevention of cows Endometritis.In order to study the pharmacodynamic mechanism of Qinggong drug,Kunming mice,California rabbits and Holstein cows were used to start the experiments as follows:the uterine contraction test of mice in vitro,the blood rheology test of endometritis cows,the acute and chronic inflammation test of mice,influence on the pathological changes in morphology of the experimental endometritis rabbits and the pharmacodynamic test of endometritis cows.The results demonstrated that:1 There was extremely significant difference(P＜0.01) of uterine contraction between the Qinggong drug group and the control group,and there was significant difference (P＜0.05) of uterine contraction between the Qinggong drug group and the motherwort group,which indicated that Qinggong drug could significantly promote the uterine contraction and increase the contractive amplitude and frequency of mice uterine in vitro.2 Qinggong drug could improve the abnormality of hemorheology of Endometritis cows,could make the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,the whole blood high shear (60S^-1)reduced viscosity and the whole blood low shear(6S^-1,12S^-1) reduced viscosity decrease significantly,and there was extremely significant difference(P＜0.01) between the Qinggong drug group and the control group.3 The voix pedis swelling model and cotton ball granuloma model of mice were established to study the effect of Qinggong drug on the anti-inflammatory of acute and chronic inflammation,and effect of Qinggong drug on the exudation of prostaglandin E2. The results showed that:Qinggong drug could improve the voix pedis swelling of mouce,(compared with the control group,P＜0.01),could decrease the exudation of prostaglandin E2,(compared with the control group,P＜0.01).25g/kg Qinggong drug could inhibit the granuloma induced by cotton ball significantly,(compared with the control group,P＜0.01).4 Under laboratory congditions to establish rabbit intrauterine uveitis model,divide into groups and testing the model group,Compared with the model group,Qinggong drug could be effective to treat of the acute endometritis of experimental rabbits.5 There were extremely significant difference(P＜0.01) of the therapeutic effect on the Endometritis of cows among the gentamicin sulfate group,Estrumate group and Qinggong drug group.Conclutions:Not only Qinhong drug can contract uterus,But also can alter abnormal occurrence blood rheology and anti-inflammatory.
