China is a large agricultural country and the work of breeding poultry has leading an important role in our country economies. But the livestock and poultry epidemic has been the restricting factor to the lasted agriculture development in our country. The frequent outbreak of infectious disease seriously effected development of Chinese agricultural economy and threaten human health. In recent years, surrounding disinfection of livestock breeding are seriously concerned. There is a gap between the developed countries and our country, which is the development of the disinfectant. Therefore, developing new style and high disinfectant has grave real and economic purpose. Therefore, according to the PMS activation and effervescent technique, processed a new kind of compound disinfectant to keep the sustainable development of our breeding industry in this study.Through sifting materials and texting content, determined the ingredients of effervescent tablet of PMS. The optimum formula was determined by orthogonal design experiment. The formula is: The chain reaction system 65.5%, The corrosion inhibition system 2.83%, surfactivity system 6.67%, effervescent system 15%, stabilizer 7%, filler 3%. At the same time, the experimental results show that liquidity of powder is good. The production conditions is that temperature is less than 20 ℃and relative humidity is less than 20%.The quality standard of PMS effervescent tablets was investigated. The tablet had smooth faces, and uniform color. The tablet hardness, friability, disintegration time limited, little fluctuate of tablet weight are consistent with the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 version). The stability of the aqueous solution of PMS effervescent tablets was examined. The stability of solution experiment revealed that the solution of performance indicators of PMS effervescent tablets can last 7 days. The heat stability of products was determined. The results showed that the active ingredient of tablets decline rate is less than 10% after the tablets stored for 14 days in the constant temperature box at 54 ℃. Therefore, the stability of tablets can meet the requirement of the “Disinfection Technology Standard”.The corrosion behavior of Q235, brass, aluminum and stainless steel were studied in solution of PMS effervescent tablets by static weight-loss method. The results showed that the PMS effervescent tablets have good anticorrosive property to carbon steel and brass.The anticorrosive rate was 90%. The corrosion level is from mild corrosion to essentially non corrosive with the decreasing of the concentration of solution. It was essentially non corrosive to stainless steel.The results of suspension quantitative showed that PMS has obvious bactericidal effect under the different concentration. The PMS could kill completely the bacteria in 10 min under the mass concentration of 1:800 and reaches the indicator of disinfection. The solution of PMS effervescent tablets is very stable and kills bacteria continuously in a week under different concentrations.
