Botanical pesticide is one of green pesticides and refers to the pesticide made by pests on other plants harmful poisonous plants or its effective component. Botanical pesticide is derived from nature and can be degraded in natural. It has many advantages such as low pollution, low toxicity, adhere to the characteristics of agricultural products of high quality. Aloe Vera is a kind of medicine and food plants Belongs to liliaceous perennial succulent herb. The active anthraquinone derivatives such as Aloin and aloe emodin from Aloe have a strong inhibitory effect on many kinds of bacteria and fungi.In this paper, the present situation and development trend of botanical pesticides was developed. The extraction separation and purification of insecticidal aloin were studied for the purpose of development of natural botanical pesticides with the old cheap aloe and discard the leaves of aloe vera skin as the raw material. Furthermore, a new type of botanical pesticide (Aioin effervescent tablet) was prepared using aloin extract as the main active ingredient. All the results could provide experimental basis and foundation for the development of new biological insecticide (antibacterial) agent of aloe.1. The preferred method for extracting high-purity aloin powder was established. First, aloe medicinal powder was extracted with 5% acetone, dissolved in water treatment, adsorbed by XDA-1 resin chromatography, elution with 20% acetone, n-butyl alcohol in combination with NaOH extraction. Then, the drying powder was dissolved in anhydrous ethanol solution for mass concentration of 30%,0-40C temperature crystallization in 3 days. Last, the dried aloin products were obtained with purity of 85.86%.2. The formula and preparation of aloin effervescent tablets which made from the aloe powder, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate and edulcorator were optimized. The influence factors such as the ratio of aloin powder, tartaric acid, sodium bicarbonate and maltodextrin were analyzed through orthogonal test design and sensory evaluation. The optimum prescription of capsule was:aloin extract 20%, tartaric acid 20%, citric acid 5%, sodium bicarbonate 30%, maltodextrin 30%,0.4% Tween-80, polyethylene glycol 6000 4.5%.The technology of preparation of aloin effervescent tablets was made by mixture acid and alkali content separately. Namely, citric acid, tartaric acid, aloe glucoside extract,50% of maltodextrin mixed together, while sodium bicarbonate and the other 50% maltdextrin mixed each other. Then the respectively acidic and alkali ingredients were made into fine particles with 75% ethanol as swing granulator. The resulting acid, alkali particles were mixed uniform with polyethylene glycol 6000. Finally, the aloin effervescent tablets were obtained by pelleting and drying. The aloin effervescent tablets completely disintegrated within 5 min, hardness is 6 kg-7.2 kg, consistent with the China Pharmacopoeia (2010 Edition) requirements of effervescent tablets.The aloin effervescent tablets have not only the ability of antioxidation, certain bacteriostasis and some other healthy effects, but also the advantage to save easily, take conveniently, stable quality.
