| Prunus avium L. is a good business tree with high nutrition and develops fast in recent years . But it is sensitive to waterlogging stress. The sweet cherry plant is becoming weakness because of waterlogging, and even died. This brings tremendous loss to the cherry industry. So it has great significance to study the changing rules of physiological characteristics and how to promote the recovery .Based on the previous work in our lab, Meizao/daqingye was used as experiment materials, as it is often used in production. gly,urea and ammonium chloride were used to analyze leaf photosynthetic rate,chlorophyⅡfluorescence,leaf hormone content , antioxidant enzyme activities and reactive oxygen species in roots of meizao/daqingye sweet cherry after waterlogging . The main results as follows:1.After waterlogging , sweet cherry supplied with gly and urea could maintain higher quality of Pn,Gs,and Tr had better recovery compared with blank and ammonium chloride.The leaf photosynthetic rate of sweet cherry supplied with gly,urea,ammonium chloride,blank reaches respectively 48.1%,40.7%,36.1%,16.2% of normal in the third day of recovery while reaches 80.8%,44.9%,39.3%,5.6% of normal . Exogenously applied with gly alleviated the decrease of Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo and qP on the treatment of organic nitrogen rebound in the first days after waterlogging.2.The proline and soluble sugar content increased in leaf of sweet cherry after waterlogging .During recovery,the contents then decreased.The proline content in the leaf of sweet cherry supplied with gly,urea,ammonium chloride,blank reaches 97%,84%,76%,70% of normal , respectively, and the soluble sugar content reaches 98%,87%,77%,74% in the ninest day of recovery. 3.Sweet cheery supplied with gly also had a higher IAA and ZR content than the other three treatments.The ABA content of all treatments is higher than normal in the first day of recovery.During recovery,the content then decreased gradually.The gly treatment had the lowest extent and no striking difference from normal in the ninest day of recovery. GA content did not change obviously.4.The respiratory intensity decreased significantly in brown lignified roots of meizao/daqingye after waterlogging.During recovery ,the respiratory intensity then decreased . The respiratory intensity in brown lignified roots of sweet cherry supplied with gly,urea,ammonium chloride,blank reaches 89%,74%,66%,56% of normal separately in the ninest day of recovery.5.The results showed that after waterlogging , sweet cheery supplied with nitrogen could maintain comparatively higher activies of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catlase(CAT) compared with no nitrogen, while the concentrations of O2—,H2O2 and MDA were lower . The avtivity of SOD in brown lignified roots of sweet cherry supplied with gly,urea,ammonium chloride,blank reaches 94%,80%,70%,67% of normal separately in the ninest day of recovery,and the content of MDA reaches 94%,142%,162%,205% of normal,respectively in the ninest day of recovery. |
