At present study,two experiments were conducted to examine growth Performance,blood indice and imune performance of broiler by restriction of intake,energy.In experiment 250 1-day Habord broilers were used.Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of early feed restriction on the growth performance,mortality rate,blood indexes and immune related index of broilers.The results showed that early feed restriction treatments significantly reduced the average daily gain,dressing weight prop,and abdominal prop(p<0.05),and significantly enhance spleen index(p<0.05).It is concluded that early feed restriction reduces fat sediment and mortality rate and advances immunity of broilers;There was no significant difference on BUN among the treatments;There was a significant difference on UA among the treatments(p<0.05);There was no significant difference on GLU between the two restriction treatments; There was the same difference on CHO1,TG and HDL-C.The energy restriction and free feed treatments were significant difference than the feed restriction treatments on CONC.In addition,in the interest of regulation and control level of gene on fat aggradation,and for discussing the information on fat gene Lipin1,processing the experiment of cloning,sequencing on Lipin1 gene. analyzing the amino acid sequence.and in the interest of expression,regulation and control.the result:According to the predicted sequence of Lipin1 of the chicken publicizeing on NCBI and interrelated means,seven and a housekeeping primers were designed,Result displayed the lengths of Lipin1 was 2709bp,coding 890 amino acids,consistent with the report.DNAman analysis displayed homology were 98.68%,71.52%,75.34%,75.48%,76.05%,71.60%consistent with chicken,dog,platypus,mouse,human and rat.amino acids homology were 98.9%,79.6%,78.1%,79.0%,79.3%,79.4%.Phylogenetic Tree of Lipin1 sequences displayed possessing high homology.The result displayed seven polymiorphisms and couse amino acid changed;There was a at 1127-1138 with 12bp(CTGCTTGCTCAG).
