| This study is conducted in Ningnan County and Huili County,the major tobacco growing areas in Liangshan city,Sichuan Province.In order to find out the influence of different factors on the quality of middle tobacco leaves,six different altitude,four different varieties and soil types are analysised.The results are as follows:1 Effects of different altitude,variety and soil types on the quality of tobacco leavesAs for the Ningnan and Huili County’s tobacco,color,maturity,structure and identity,the mean score of it belonging to the upper partial,oil get medium score,the color get poor scores;mean physical characteristics indexes were close to quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco;total sugar and reducing sugar content of minimum value,maximum value and mean value is higher,chlorine content is smaller,higher potassium content,neutral induced fragrant substances in plant diene content is higher,like the style of Liangshan Prefecture tobacco "sweet";sensory quality total score belong to medium partial level.The appearance quality of oil and color with a maximum coefficient of variation,the largest coefficient of variation with the physical properties of tension;the chemical component indexes content variation coefficients were greater except the reducing sugar content is small;neutral induced indexes of the fragrant substances containing coefficients of variation in the amount were larger;Ningnan County tobacco in addition to the momentum,and aftertaste,coefficient of variation of the rest of the sensory quality index scores were larger;Li County tobacco in addition to mixed gas,sensory quality index scores,the rest of the coefficient of variation of larger or smaller.2 Analysis of the correlation degree of different altitude,variety and soil type and tobacco qualityAs for the tobacco of Ningnan county,the altitude in three factors has the most impact on color and maturity,structure,identity,appearance,leaf weight,tension,nicotine,reducing sugar,chloride,total nitrogen,phenylalanine,cembranoids carotene,new plant diene,aroma substances,flue gas concentration and quality of aroma,aroma volume,and miscellaneous gas;the factor of soil types has the most impact of on oil,color,leaf width,brown products,sense of mellow aftertaste,dry sense of the greatest impact;the factor of variety has the most impact on leaf length,containing stem ratio,filling value,nicotine,potassium,momentum and delicate,soft,stimulation and smoking total scores.The influence of the total score of Huili tobacco in general,the altitude in three kind of factors has the most impact on color,leaf length,leaf width,leaf weight,force,total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,potassium,class chromoplast alkanes,carotene,new plant diene,aroma amount of material,transparent,delicate and smooth sense of the greatest impact;the factor of soil types has the most impact of on quality of aroma,soft degree and aftertaste;the factor of variety has the most impact on mature degree,structure,identity,oil,color,appearance,containing stem ratio,filling value,nicotine,phenylalanine,brown product,gas concentration,momentum,volume of aroma,stimulation,dryness,miscellaneous gas and smoking total scores.3.The principal component analysis of tobacco quality in different altitude,species and soil typesExtracted 7 principal components in 38 indicators from the tobacco of Ningnan and Huili County,the accumulated variance contribution rates were 87.36% and88.20%,which were higher than 85%,indicating the 7 principal components extracted basically reflect allin formation of the original variables,effectively eliminate the redundant information.4.Cluster and discriminant analysis in the quality of tobacco leaf in different altitude,species and soil typesThe samples tobacco of Ningnan and Huili County divided cluster analysis and discriminant analysis into three categories.The results of discriminant analysis show,13 samples of Ningnan County were correctly classified,12 samples of Huili County were correctly classified.The results of cluster analysis shows,there were 92.85%tobacco samples classification is correct in Ningnan County,85.71% of the tobacco sample classification is correct in Huili County,.This shows that the cluster analysis is consistent than the discriminant function analysis method,the tobacco evaluation model established is feasibly. |
