This artice uses the theory and technique ahout soil and water conversation monitoring and precipitation simulator, study on the second project of Huadian Power Co.Ltd of Weifang, analyzed the main factor and the influence of soil and water losses during the projects'constructing; evaluat the soil and water measure area and there benefit, find the soil erosion features in the soil and water measure area and the relation of the soil erosion features and the main factor of influence(the slope,rainfall intensity and soil and water conservation measures), The main results were as follows:1,the impact factor of soil and water losses(1)Precipitation During the rainy season of three-year construction phase, light and moderate rain total of 44 times,rainfall is 362mm; rain and heavy rain total of 32 times,rainfall is 917mm.The rainfall intensity in this construction is not uniform ,each rainfall is about 10 mm / h rainfall intensity.(2)The state of damage to the earth The responsible area of project is 170.83hm2,the actual area that disturb soil surface and damage to soil and water conservation facilities is 66.76hm2,excavation of earth is 935,000m3, the removal of house is 11.800 m3, filling of earth is 925,200m3, and spoiled (stone, jardine) is 21,600m3.2,soil and water measures and their effectiveness(1)Engineering measures There are many engineering measures that has been completed in project area such as enclosing wall, coal slag field wall and blocked railway lines of protection, also has taken the necessary temporary protective measures, such as Grass carpet coverage and Sprinkler. Follows are completed soil and water conservation engineering: bricklayer 8800m3, pulp stone block 9749m3,cement mortar hand 6509m2, guitar mud brick wall 400 m3,dry stone block 1700m3, land formation 33.35hm2, rehabilitation 26.94hm2.The quality of projects are good, they runs normal.(2)Plant measures The completed green area is 81.72hm2, there are factory floor's green afforestation area 6.15 hm2;production's 4.22hm2,water pipeline's 0.45hm2, ash field's 70.90hm2.The original vegetation is 2.56 hm2.The plant in the area matches good,the manage is careful.(3)The soil improve action of soil and water measures After some soil and water measures,the soil density, the soil porosity, he soil saturated hydraulic conductivity,and the soil particle state had a little imporove,because of frequent interval,the action is not release,so,the soil physical characteristic is not good. 3,The soil erosion features in the soil and water measure area(1)With the same soil and water conservation measures, and the different rainfall intensity, the discrepancy of runoff is very significant, the discrepancy of sand content of the runoff which plant Trifolium repens is significant, the discrepancy of sand content of the runoff which plant Festuca arundinacea and the Open spaces area is not significant.(2)the soil erosion features of the area which plant Trifolium repens in natual precipitation The volume of ten erosion gully is 79996.44cm3,the soil and water losses of this precipitation is 112.80kg.4,The soil erosion features about cumulose soil(1)The computative soil and water losses Water The total amount of soil and water losses which is 16466.92t. The factory area total of 7989.89t, construction temporary production area 986.63t, water pipelines District area 8090.40t. The modulus of soil erosion after disturbance is 8221.95t·km2·a-1.(2)With the same rainfall intensity conditions, the greater the slope ,the larger the runoff and sand content of the runoff of the runoff are;With the same slope conditions, the greater the rainfall intensity , the larger the runoff and sand content of the runoff are;The interaction of Slope and rainfall intensity impact the runoff and sand content of the runoff concentration very significant.
