Research On Supervision Of Animal Epidemic Prevention In Henan Province

Henan Province is a big province of animal husbandry,the output value of animal husbandry is always in the forefront of the country.Pig industry is the representative industry of animal husbandry in Henan province,with the breeding volume accounting for about 10% of the national total.And a large number of world-renowned enterprises such as Nanyang Muyuan and Luohe Shuanghui have been created.But the current animal husbandry in phase transformation and upgrading of henan province,big but not strong,common mode of production and extensive,low level of biological safety,animal epidemic prevention supervision,The frequent occurrence of animal epidemic has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of animal husbandry in Henan province.Therefore,to promote the rapid development of animal husbandry in henan province,must attach great importance to animal epidemic prevention supervision,starting from the basic situation of henan province animal husbandry,absorbing advanced experience and the typical pattern,perfect the animal disease prevention and control system in henan province,research for the region,the effective ways to animal epidemic prevention supervision of the department,innovative regulatory model for animal epidemic prevention,Comprehensively improve the level of biosafety in animal husbandry and fundamentally curb the occurrence of major animal epidemics.Based on the basic theories of western economics,management and government supervision,Taking the supervision of animal epidemic prevention in Henan Province as the research object,the problems existing in the current work are analyzed,the deep-rooted causes of these problems are discussed,and the approaches to strengthen and optimize the supervision of animal epidemic prevention in Henan Province are proposed on the basis of identifying the causes of the problems.The paper is divided into six parts.First,it introduces the research status,research methods,innovation points and difficulties of the paper in detail.Second,to analyze the current situation of animal epidemic prevention supervision;Thirdly,the typical case analysis of "Sanmenxia African Swine Fever epidemic case in 2020" was conducted.Fourth,the problems of animal epidemic prevention supervision in Henan Province were deeply analyzed,including the problems existing in government departments,farmers and industry organizations.Fifth,the reasons for the problems in animal epidemic prevention supervision in Henan Province were objectively analyzed.Finally,in view of the existing problems in the supervision of animal epidemic prevention in Henan Province,combined with the actual situation of animal epidemic prevention in Henan Province,and made full use of public management theories and methods such as government supervision theory,Targeted measures such as improving the government supervision mode of animal epidemic prevention,implementing the main responsibility of animal epidemic prevention of enterprises,giving full play to the role of animal husbandry industry organizations,and rationally promoting the development of socialized services for animal epidemic prevention were put forward to build a new pattern of animal epidemic prevention supervision with efficient operation,clear responsibility and strong supervision.
