Anubias barteri is a kind of aquarium plants.Because of the traditional propagation depend on roots and caudexes' side buds division,propagation rate is terribly slow.In this experiment to try to build the relevant technical areas of rapid propagation system of Anubias barteri;discuss the effect of environmental factors on the physiological changes of plantlets process transplanting;and study the modality adaptation of plantlets in the process of transplanting.Designed to optimize the rapid propagation system of Anubias barteri,to provide the theoretical basis for the domestication and transplanting of plantlets.Key findings are as follows:1.Using buds as explants,disinfecting with 0.1%HgCl2 for 24min,the appropriate medium for buds abduction is:MS +7.5mg/L 6-BA +1.5mg/L NAA.2.MS medium effect of the buds proliferation is better and appropriate hormone is:6-BA:3.0mg/L,NAA:1.0mg/L,GA3:0.5mg/L.30d is fitting subculture cycle time for the plantlets.3.To add coconut or bananas juice could promote the growth of plantlets,the appropriate medium for plantlets rooting is:MS+1.5mg/L 6-BA +1.0mg/L NAA.4.On the transplanting stage,using 0.1%potassium permanganate or 0.1% carbendazim solution for plantlets disinfection can improve their survival rate.5.Suitable environmental factors for transplanting plantlets are:light intensity for 20μmol/(m2·s),light time for 10h,light quality for white light or blue light; temperature for 20℃;water pH6~7,water rigidity(CaCl2) to 0mg/L~50mg/L.6.The roots' fibril number,cortex cells and fibrovascular column structure of transplanted plantlets are basically the same as wild plants;the caudexes' keratose thickness and vascular distribution of transplanted plantlets are different from plantlets;the leaves' stoma size,stoma opening size and the cells of nether coat of transplanted plantlets are closer to wilding plants.It is showed that Anubias barteri plantlets have adapted to the water environment in the process of transplanting.
