In this study,the Siraitia grovenorii cultivated in the test field of Hunan Agricultural University yun-yuan park were chosen as the research objectives. the sterm, leaf, stipule were chosen as the explants.the best sterilizing materials was found through the different time scale culture,meanwhile we used the multipule factors analysis and orthogonal design to analysis the variance and multipule comparison of the result.at last, we established the asepsis rapid propagation of Siraitia grosvenorii and planted the seedling into the test field. The mian research results were showed as followed:1.In this paper, we studied the effects of different explants collection time and the different disinfectors on the disinferction.the experiment results showed that the disinfector effect of 0.1% HgCl2 is better than 10%NaClO.as to the collection time of experiment materials,the result showed that the rate of contaminated of materials collected in the 5-6 month were lower than the materials collected in the 7-8 month.2.1n this paper,we studied the effects of the sterm, leaf, stipule as different explants on inducing adventitious bud.the experiment results showed that the rate of inducing of leaf as the explants was 4.5 times higher than stem,but the No. of abnormal buds is very high,so the leaf didn't suit to be chosen as explants.when the stipule were chosen as the explants,there weren't adventitious buds inducing from the explants, generally becase the division degree of stipule is higher than the stem and leaf.3.In this paper,we used the orthogonal design and studied the effects of multipule factors,meanwhile we used the SPSS17.0 software to analysis the experiment result.the analysis result showed that the best stem culture propagation medium is: MS+6-BA 0.7 mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L+sugar 20 g/L+agar powders 5 g/L, pH=5.8.The best rooting culture medium is 1/2 MS.+BA 0.1 mg/L+ NAA0.1mg/L+activated carbon 0.01%+ agar powder 5%+ suger 30%, pH=5.8, rooting rate could reach 95%.4.1n this paper, we observed the morpho-anatomy of rooting and adventitious buds inducing,the result showed that rooting in node is related to the leaf gap,the rooting in node rate was higher than the rooting in internode.5 The Siraitia grovenorii were first cultivated in Hunan Changsha by myself,the survival rate could reach above 90%,meanwhile the effective way of extermination of disease and insect pest during the cultivated period was provided.
