Study On Soilless Culture Technology Of Tagetes Erecta Linn (Marigold)

Soilless cultivation is a technology that can provide nutrient to plant from the nutrient media which contains the necessary elements for the growth of plants instead of natural soil,and with this technology,the plants can pass the whole life cycle in the normal way in this nutrient media.The key of cultivation is right substrate in substrate cultivation.In order to cultivate good seedlings,it needs proper substrate medium and culture solution. Success of soilless cultivation mainly depends on proper formulation and concentration. Various plants and types,and even the same plants different growing stages,need different nutrient elements.The substrate and culture solution are two main processing in soilless culture.The paper takes Tagetes erecta Linn as the experiment material,has carried on the substrate and culture solution soilless culture experiment,observed seedling height,ground diameter,flower diameter,present flower bud number,flower number,tested physiological indexes,such as fresh weight and dry weight of underground and belowground,and so on, under the different soilless culture conditions.There were significant differences by comparison of four different culture substrates and garden soil cultivation of Tagetes erecta Linn.The seedling grows well with the tufty soil,the vermiculite,the perlite which proportion was 1:1:1.The results of filtrating experiment of soilless cultivation with culture solution formula show that the various indexes presented the best with culture solution formula D,that there were significant differences on seedlings height,that flower number and flower diameter by comparing with other formula and control CK,that the formula of N,P,K which proportion was 5:1:3 is the best for the growth of Tagetes erecta Linn.The effect on soilless cultivation of Tagetes erecta Linn growth of different form nitrogen indicate that the formula of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen which proportion is 7:1 is the best.Tagetes erecta Linn needs the sufficient nitrogen supply in the early growth period,which in the later period,the decrease of nitrogenous fertilizer and increase of phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer suit growth.The basis of data analyses by mathematical methods such as variance analysis and so on.It compared with the growing conditions of seedlings under the different soilless culture,and further discuss the effect of different substrate and culture solution proportion on soilless culture of Tagetes erecta Linn, filtrat the substrate and culture solution which were suited with production and application of Tagetes erecta Linn.The purpose is providing the theory basis at present for the soilless culture research and application of Tagetes erecta Linn.The main results are as the following by the test and analysis of many indexes.
