This test included in vitro and animal feeding trial two parts. We designed nine different combinations of emulsifiers in vitro experiments, There are AI (SE-5 + sodium cholate), AII (SE-5 + hyodeoxycholic Acid sodium), AIII (SE-5 + porcine gall powder), AIV (SE-5 + bilein) , ABII (SE-5 + SE-13 + hyodeoxycholic Acid sodium), ABIII (SE-5 + SE-13 + porcine gall powder), BII (SE-13 + pig deoxy sodium cholate), BIII (SE-13 + porcine gall powder) and BIV (SE-13 + bilein), add them into mixture of corn oil, soybean oil and tallow to form latex emulsion ,compare the stability after 5 h, 24 h and 48 h and, latex appearance, detemination the emulsion effects of each compound, The results showed that the compound emulsifier ABIII was the best ,followed by composite emulsifier AI.Animal feeding trial divided in three tests. The first test studied two composite emulsifier (compound emulsifier I: SE-5 + SE-13 + porcine gall powder, compound emulsifier II: SE-5 + SE-13 + monoglyceride) on broiler performance, nutrients retention, and activity of intestinal digestive enzymes. There were 7 groups, each group with 6 repeat, fed with the feed which added different combinations of emulsifiers in basic diet. The results showed:①added emulsifiers significantly reduced feed/meat (P<0.05); significantly increased the 42-day-old body weight (P<0.05) and on average intake of 1-42 days (P<0.05);②significantly increased the activity of intestinal contents of trypsin (P<0.05), chymotrypsin (P<0.05) and lipase (P<0.01) by 21 days and 42 days;③blood biochemical indicators of 21-day-old and 42-day-old had litter significance (P>0.05);④38-40 days metabolism test results show that, added SE + porcine gall powder 800 g/t, can significantly increased the apparent digestibility of fat(P<0.01).The second test studied the effects of bile acid compound emulsifier and lipase on the performance of broilers. There were three treatments: one treatment was the control, and other two treatments added the bile acid compound emulsifier and mixture which composed with emulsifiers and lipase, separately. The results showed:①the added emulsifiers and liapse increased the 42-day-old body weight (P<0.05) and significantly reduced feed/meat of 1-42 days (P<0.01),②the added emulsifiers and liapse significantly increased the activity of intestinal contents of trypsin (P<0.05), chymotrypsin (P<0.05) and lipase (P<0.01) by 21 days and 42 days. The third feeding experiment on effect of broiler producting and using the base feed plus tallow and added composite emulsifier. There were three treatments: one treatment was the control, and other two treatments fed with the feed which added different emulsifiers in basic diet. The results showed that added emulsifier had no significant influence on performance of broilers(P>0.05)。The entive experiment results show that added composite emulsifier had obvious influence on performance and nutrients retention of broilers (P>0.05); and the effect of bile acid compound emulsifier is better than emulsifier which composed with sucrose esters and monoglyceride.
