In the traditional way of Angelica sinensis cultivation,a large amount of wasteland reclamation,seed germination percentages is low and the proportion of standard grade seedlings is small.In order to explore the new way of seedling and impvove germination rate of Angelica sinensis,filter paper method were adopted in this paper.Focus on regulation of growth and development of Angelica sinensis and with different nutrient solution and Composition of culture medium as the hitting point,to prove seed germination rate and provide the theory basis for the new substrate.The main results were as follows:1.Soaking seeds of Angelica sinensis by 60 ? warm water for 2min,the germination percentages was 78%,increased 48% compared to the control group(30%);The germination percentages was 80% when soaking seeds of Angelica sinensis by 0.05 g.L-1IAA for 3 hours,which increased 34% compared to the control group(46%).All treatments are under darkness for culture.Warm water and IAA soaking seeds could significantly improve germination percentages.But IAA solution not only belongs to organic solvents and its waste liquid is easy to pollute the environment,but soaking process demand more technical support.Due to low cost and operation simply,soaking seeds with water is easy to spread in production practice.2.The difference of nutrient solution determines the difference of nutrient ratio,with A1 and A2 two kinds of nutrient solution as nutrient supply,growth indicators of Angelica sinensis seedling in A1 is much better than A2.In three culture medium,growth situation of B3 is much better than B2 and B1.Using A1 as nutrient supply,B3 culture medium has largest seedling which is standard grades.Therefore,the promotion of the use of culture medium B3 can effectively control the amount of land reclamation.In the second year,transplanting seedlings of Angelica sinensis which was standard grades,greatly reduce the early bolting percentages,During growing period took field management measure was effective to improve production and quality.
