Objective:Based on the investigating and arranging germplasm resource of Ardisia japonica(Thunb.) Blume,the distribution of resources,classification position,anatomy characteristics,material properties and the cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling components had been studied fundamentally,with the purpose of probing into the correlationship between the germplasm and its different chemical components.Therefore,some useful references about the excellent germplasm selection and the quality of medicinal materials control were provided, and the research had laid the basis for clinical medication guiding and further study about the pharmacodynamics of Ardisia japonica(Thunb.) Blume.Method:By the method of looking up-arranging-analyzing,maybe to determine the efficacy of traditional medicine in Ardisia japonica(Thunb.) Blume was related to cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling components,such as Bergenin, Kaempferol and Quercetin.Synthetically Applying the knowledge of botany, phytotomy,Authentication of chinese Medicines and the experimental technology,taxonomy and anatomy of Ardisia japonica(Thunb.) Blume has finished.Based on the knowledge of natural medicinal chemistry,instrumental analysis,pharmaceutical analysis and experimental technique,the qualitative analysis of main chemical compositions of the different germplasm was implemented by using TLC,IR.To determine the conent of bergenin,kaempferol and quercetin in different parts in different germplasm of Ardisia japonica (Thunb.) Blume by using HPLC and to optimize the chromatographic conditions.Result:Ardisia japonica(Thunb.) Blume is one of the traditional cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling components in China's multi-ethnic,is widly distributed.Under the natural conditions,different germplasm has been generated and has been evolved different morphous,but has no significant differences in the organizational structure of the cells.The results confirmed that bergenin, kaempferol and quercetin exist in different germplasm,the content of bergenin in the wanxing and ramp-up of germplasm is higher than the upright type,but the total content of kaempferol and quercetin is less than upright type germplasm.The content of three components in different germplasm of leaves is superior to stem. some useful references about the identification of different germplasm were provided by using IR.Conclusion:Bergenin,Kaempferol and Quercetin is closely related to the cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling efficacy of Ardisia japonica(Thunb.) Blume,its content difference exists in different function effect.The different germplasm of Ardisia japonica(Thunb.) Blume can be used to activate blood circulation and remove dampness in relation to kaempferol,quercetin,gallic acid. From the the monomer compounds in different germplasm of Ardisia japonica (Thunb.) Blume,On the one hand,in order to relieve a cough and phlegm-oriented(anti-inflammatory) as a supplement the wanxing and ramp-up of germplasm is better,on the other hand,with the main anti-inflammatory and cough as a supplement the upright type of germplasm is better.In the view of cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling efficacy,the content of cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling components in leaves was superior to stemand much better than whole-plant medicine.The amount of drug can be reduced and regeneration cycle can be shortened,which is beneficial to the utilization of resources recycling and germplasm preservation.However,whether germplasm was divided into serrature and serrulation is reasonable by further study.
