In order to explore the dynamic changes law of major chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco leaves,the bulk curing experiment including two different curing process of tobacco curing,"two-delay and one-low" curing and three steps of conventional curing,was conducted.The starch,total sugar and soluble sugar, reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,protein,free amino acids etc.of the leaves between the two bulk curing process were analysed.The results showed that:1.In the process of curing,The change of starch content of leaves mostly happened in processes of yellowing and color setting,Compare the starch content of different parts of leaves,we found:lugs<cutters<leaf.The time of "two-delay and one-low" curing was so longer,therefore the starch content of "two-delay and one-low" curing is lower than Conventional curing.2.The different curing technology in the process,the total sugar content showed itself a trend of sustained rose along with the change of times.When cured to 108 hours, the total sugar content of Conventional curing reached maximum.The total sugar content of "two-delay and one-low" reached maximum when cured to 132 hours.At the end of curing,reached a conclusion:leaf>cutters>lugs.The time of "two-delay and one-low" experiences long,therefore roasts after the total sugar content to be higher.3.During the process of curing,reducing sugar and soluble sugar content of different curing technology showed itself a trend of sustained rose along with the change of times.When cured to 132 hours,the reducing sugar and soluble sugar content of different parts of leaves of "two-delay and one-low" reached maximum,and the reducing sugar and soluble sugar contents of the Conventional return to maximizing when bakes to 108h,compared reducing sugar and soluble sugar contents of different parts of leaves,we found:leaf>cutters>lugs.After bakes had finished,the reducing sugar and soluble sugar content of "two delay one low" is higher than Conventional.4.During the process of curing,total nitrogen and nicotine content of different parts of leaves decreased gradually and showed itself a trend of sustained descending along with the change of times.Compare the total nitrogen and nicotine content of different part leaves of "two delay one low",we found:lugs<leaf<cutters.5.During the process of curing,the protein content of different parts of leaves decreased gradually and showed itself a trend of sustained descending along with the change of times.Compare the protein content of different part leaves of "two delay one low",we found:lugs<leaf<cutters.The time of "two-delay and one-low" experiences long,therefore roasts after the protein content to be lower.6.During the process of different curing technology,the free amino acid content of tobacco leaf has increase correspondingly along with the decrease of the protein content.At the end of curing,compare the free amino acid content of different parts of leaves,we reached a conclusion:leaf>cutters>lugs,Roasts after the protein content to be higher.7.The Schmucks number of different part leaves of "two-delay and one-low" respectively is:2.4 for lugs,2.3 for cutters and 2.2 for leaf.The Schmucks number of different part leaves of Conventional respectively is:2.2 for lugs,2.1 for cutters and 2.1 for leaf.Compare the cured leaves of "two-delay and one-low" and Conventional,the starch content of cured leaf of Conventional was significantly lower than that of cured leaf of "two delay one low",the total sugar and reducing sugar content of cured leaf of "two-delay and one-low" was significantly higher than that of cured leaf of Conventional.This result showed that the quality of cured leaf of "two-delay and one-low" was better than that of cured leaf of Conventional.8.The result showed that the quality of cured leaf of "two-drag and one-low" was better than that of cured conventional,the costs of "two-drag and one-low" was higher than that of cured conventional.If the cost of curing and the quality was taken into considered that "two-drag and one-low" was a better technology.
